It's almost the same at every BofA, two ladies at the door greeting the people, asking if they deposit cash or check and only one teller behind the counter and a dozen customers grinding their teeth waiting.

I wish I can give zero stars after 7+ years of being a customer with a good business balance they didn’t do notary for me and my wife on the paper which they did so many times in Maryland and New York branches I definitely close the accounts and move it somewhere else don’t even bother to get help from this branch.

Great, polite service when I was there. Two tellers, line of 4. I was able to make a wire transfer with good help from Stephanie G. Many post bad reviews after 1 bad experience. Few post after good ones. Remember that.

The worse experience I ever had at any bank of America. Staff are slow and are not cross trained to do more than one function. Huge lines and most staff are standing up doing nothing, in fact it takes three employees to check people in while the queues pile up. Go to a different bank unless you feel to wait two hours.

Bank America as a Whole is slow and always have tons of people in line with very little tellers, most of the time just one. I took my business elsewhere some years ago due to this, but today i needed to deposit in a suppliers bank account here and spent 30 minutes in line and the one teller couldnt finish with a customer or someone come help. Horrible

This is the slowest bank ever , God forbid if you ever have to withdraw cash by a teller or need help with anything else . Don't make the make the same mistake as me and go to a bank that has humans and ppl working . Everytime I go to this bank I rethink my life and where I went wrong

I believe this branch has a new Mgr. I just met her last week as she was standing in the lobby greeting customers. She was friendly & polite. There are more bank tellers than before & I've yet to see lines longer than 5 or less people. However, I do mostly online banking.

Been going to this place for 2 years. Long lines, all day everyday. I'm sure they are short staffed but they never hire more people. The receptionist will take forever to help you, that is if she doesn't have to do something else. If you want to set up a new account be ready to wait 4 hours, because the person attending you will have to "attend an urgent matter". Happened twice btw. Which is because they are short staffed. Will switch soon. ☺

Really BAD experience with this lady "Lee Martine" that first "couldn't read" my check and also was looking at me like " you're using a flip flop ". Considering closing my 2 personal accounts and my 3 business account because of this lady. You folks should look into those people that has no maners to treat the customers. I asked to talk with the manager and she said it will be here. So if she's mean to some customer who will report her? Already contact my merchant rep to report it and considering to cancel my accounts. This lady is so mean. PS: guess what: now the cashier Lydia started to being rude as well. Worst experience ever.

I came in for service as I was going to open a new account. I was undecided with what I was looking for exactly. I was greeting by a banker named Maria who also assisted me in establishing my account. She was excellent and made it easy to understand what make account came with and all the benefits of having my account versus any other bank. She was amazing. I recommend everyone to be serviced by her. She is professional, genuine, and caring to my needs. Because she was so great, I also decided to move my business relationship, formerly with Chase to make it easy for my personal and business needs. Thank you Maria!
