Very nice gym, excellent instructors and the warmest staff in town. I can say that I have been training at Pulse 163 for almost 4 years, and even if they see me often, they are truly kind and had very good manners that I really appreciate. They are focused on their clients, they keep the place sparkling clean and they are always working on the details. Melissa, the owner, also supports our community, many good causes, women entrepreneurs, and that is a plus to me. They have always people visiting the area that are happy to find this barre gym close to Sunny Isles and Aventura.

Love this place! The ladies who work here are very friendly and the instructors are amazing. The entire studio is spotless and smells great. The sound system is in point as well. Never an issue with parking either. Every time I take a class by Valerie i feel like im being challeged. I love it and highly recommend it.

I took a class from the instructor Britt. She was amazing! The studio had a great energy, the staff was very friendly, it super clean and I got a great workout. I hope they open up some more afternoon classes. I'd definitely go back!

I've tried many various barre studios and classes, and Pulse163 proved to be the best. Its not just super professional instructors and fun classes, but also very friendly atmosphere which makes you want to come here again and again :)

I discovered this place thanks to Classpass. It is a very small studio (only 1 room) and the office does not have any partitions separating it from the actual studio space, so that was a little different. The instructor I had was very upbeat and clearly is still a dancer. I took a barre class here and found it a little odd they used ankle weights but when in Rome. Anyway, the class is challenging and the instructor is very helpful. The studio, since brand new, is very bright and clean. A lot of the women there are regulars so it is building quite a community. I hope this studio is able to stick around for a while because it's nice to have a boutique place like this in the neighborhood. UPDATE: After taking PiYo and Cardio Barre, this place is FANTASTIC!! I love it here and coming here is another highlight of coming back to Miami.
