I’ve been going to this AutoZone for years and sometimes it’s a hit or miss. However, today miss Kwanda went above and beyond with the customer service. She was patient and understanding even during the times when I became irate and impatient. I really want to thank you for being so helpful Kwanda.

This is the most useless auto parts store I have ever been to. The employees are completely clueless and have absolutely no knowledge of cars or their own products at all. They are rude as well, if they screw up then it is your fault. I went to Advance Auto, received good service and got the parts I needed with no hassle.

I needed a battery for my car so I went to AutoZone in lake Park! A guy named Steven P helped me with my battery! I could have installed the battery myself but Steven said that they take care of that.. he did a great job and it was nice that they offer to install the battery! All Employees in the store was delightful! I would definitely recommend this store!

Brian D. was so amazing! As soon as I walked in the store he was very welcoming and immediately asked if I needed help. He looked up what I needed, walked me to my options on the shelf, cashed me out and also installed my windshield wipers. All in less than 5 mins. He was a lifesaver! I’m so thankful for him and I will definitely be back.

The staff are very helpful and knowledgeable. Merrill S. took the time to make sure I had the correct size of the product I needed and he even came out to my car and installed it for me! He was so nice and very professional. I’ll definitely be back when I need something for my car!
