Typical Burlington. Plenty to shop for, fairly clean. Volunteer workers helping out the store. Customer service seemed lacking in motivation and enthusiasm.

Wow...I went to this store and I was stunned at how organize and beautifull it was. I spoke with a store manager who was very nice and told him he is running such an amazing store. This store was clean and very nicely stocked with beautiful decor and fall decorations. GREAT JOB TEAM!! Will be back soon.

Good prices, but stock is shrinking. Lot of spaces on there rack. Easy parking.

We're running low on backpacks and lunch bags for the kids. Also had very few girls school clothing. As always staff was friendly.

It's a hit or miss. You bump into nice staff & then there are those people who takes there jobs a little more seriously than they have to. My biggest complaint is definitely the understaffing of the team. 99.9% of the time, there is only 1 cashier, 2 if you're lucky and a gang of customers waiting. Pay your people, Burlington!

You might have to start paying a living wage Burlington. 20 minute line waits. Changing rooms closed to customers. Not fair to workers, who were great btw. This is 100% on corporate to pay their workers more who are doing the jobs of 1.5 people right now, maybe 2 people. Also pay more to people you want to hire.

I went looking for a Miami heat shirt and couldn’t find it anywhere so I went to Burlington as like a last resort and I found one! I have to mention this Burlington is so well taken care of I hadn’t been here since it first opened and it still looked new. I don’t know why I haven’t gone there more often, the prices here are so reasonable. I’m definitely gonna be a regular shopper now!

Understaffed😞 but check out was relatively quick. Merchandise was piled up in carts all over the store. Messy. When will they start paying more than $10/hr? Rent is up. Food is up. Wages are still down. Way down. I guess that store will be messy or a long time 😩😩😩
