Dirty and unorganized.. The staff was polite and helpful though that's why they got it too.. .

The store itself is never stocked. Even before shipments were an issue because of the pandemic. The store doesnt feel or look clean, and the layout is not universally easy to navigate. They do not have carts available, & when given the explaination the cashier was rude. The employees are hit/miss with helpfulness & attitude. But I partially dont blame them with a deteriorating store. If Family Dollar isnt going to invest in this store, they need to close it down.

This store is not clean, never organized, no carts. They say no carts because people steal them. Maybe they steal them because no one from the store bothers to go check the lot and bring them in. We seem to be on our cellphone s instead. Most merchandise is un priced. Staff is friendly. As a senior I cannot buy a lot because of no carts. They have probably 2 available. I only go there if I'm absolutely desperate. I shop at Dollar General down the street even though it's a little further. I also recommend them to people instead of Family Dollar. Maybe Corporate needs to make a surprise visit to the store.

If I could rate a ZERO I would!!. Very POORLY staffed!. Employees have BAD ATTITUDES, they are NOT customer friendly, they do NOT ask or allow time for the customer to put their # in for coupons and discounts, they are NOT helpful.! This goes from management down to the CUSTOMER SERVICE REPS (aka the cashiers)!! Shelves are just about bare or are bare!. Also lastly 8 out of 10 times I have gone inside the store ,various times of the day ,the employees are usually on their cell phones whether its a face time conversation or just talking on speaker phone either way you will prolly get treated like you are bothering the employees to basically do the job they are paid to do!. Over all worst store around!! Absolutely would NOT recommend a visit here to anyone for anything!!

Shelves almost empty. Isles cluttered. Double check your sales receipt. Items scanning for higher price than marked on shelves and item itself. Happened to me last two times shopping there. Cashier arrogant and rude. Not going to shop in that store in the future. 😞

Too crowded with things that are waiting to be put on the shelves. They have a wheelchair accessible entrance, but the rest of the store is not wheelchair accessible, so why bother? Store is dirty and understaffed

The store was an absolute mess. The cashier was just not nice she didn't greet anybody say thank you nothing. I probably won't go back there at all that was a bad experience all together

when you got to go to bathroom you got to go I go to the back it says bathrooms out-of-order I can't help it I had to go so I went to the bathroom when an there's nothing wrong with the bathrooms even though it's at out of order it's bad enough to have to go to the bathroom in place like but when it's a flat-out lie on the door something is not right also roaches crawling in the

I went in today to buy 1 thing, I'm a mother of 3 young boys so I carry and backpack style diaper bag, as soon as I walk in the door I'm stopped by one of the workers and told to leave my diaper bag at the front counter! I find it extremely rude that they assumed I was going to steal the moment I walk in the door! I'd rather her have followed me than assume that! I definitely wont be returning to this store. Absolutely ridiculous.
