I am very picky about haircuts. When I moved to Norwalk I figured I would give Supercuts a try and am happy that I did. I have never been disappointed. Using the app to schedule appointments is easy. When it is busy, it is worth scheduling an appointment instead of just walking in.

The whole family has been going to this Supercuts for 20 years. We have only had great experiences and Aizen has been our go to person over the years. Great with the kids, very pleasant, and great haircuts! Highly recommend.

This is the WORST managed Supercuts and AIZHEN is HORRIBLE and RUDE! They don't even deserve a 1 star. Just had to in order to leave a review. My husband had an appointment with her at 9am. The first appointment that day. He expected to be seen at 9am as he was there when they opened the store. She took a customer who came in the same time as my husband 1st, who did not have an appointment. After telling her that he had the 1st appointment with her, she rudely replied when she's done, he'd be next. So, he asked what the point of making an appointment was if she doesn't honor them. With a snarky attitude she said they don't go by appointments. It's first come first serve, Mind you He was there as they turned the key to open the front door- he was FIRST. Other customers in the store agreed with him and felt it made no sense. He didn't wait and left upset- rightfully so. There needs to be new management overseeing this location, Aizhen needs to learn customer service skills and follow company policy. He left and went to another Supercuts. He asked if they followed their appointment schedule and they said YES! They explained they take appointments first before walk-ins. With that said I DO NOT RECOMMEND this Supercuts location! Poor management, don't follow company policy. Read through all the 1 star reviews. Wish he had because he would've never came. Save your time and go to another location or some other place for a hair cut you don't need the frustration. AVOID This place like the plague and AIZHEN. Funny they only comment on "good" reviews!! HAHA....

Aizhen has been cutting my hair for over 10 years. In fact when I moved to MA for a year, I still came back down to Norwalk for my cuts! To reply to another review about taking only 5 minutes - yes Aizhen is quick! My cut never takes more than 5-10 minutes - I get plenty of complements and have referred her services to many. Aizhen is respectful, professional and an asset to Supercuts. Service: Haircut

Will Never Be Returning Here!! Ban Headphones for your stylist I had been growing out my hair for well over a year and the asinine “hairstylist” I had today took that all away from me. I sat down in the chair and when asked what I wanted, I replied just a trim of the dead ends, I want to keep my length. It wasn’t until after the cut that I realized the guy was working while wearing headphones, cuz clearly he didnt hear a word I said. The man cut off all of my hair basically, a good six inches plus. I hate what I look like now. I wear glasses so when I take them off (which i obviously have to do to get a haircut) I can see like nothing, so I couldnt even see what that monster was doing. In my 30 years of life I have never had a worse experience getting a hair cut than what I had today. Zero Stars, Lost Customer, Heartbroken after Haircut. Service: Haircut

This is the second time I have had my long/medium length hair cut by David. You do not have to spend a fortune for a great cut. Spend the money tipping your stylist for an amazing job instead! I get long layers and angling in the front and look forward to having my hair cut now. It looks so fresh and bouncy, I love my new hair. Can’t wait until my hair grows so I can go back. See you again David!

I've been going here since moving to the area 4 years ago. I have also had my hair cut by all of the stylists there but David is my preferred stylist. Again, the whole staff is great but he's my go to (it's like when you recommend a restaurant and say every dish is good but you order the same thing everytime). I used to have a preferred haircut but I let David take charge and cut then style it because I trust his skills and he's just that good. I recommend this place to anybody needing a haircut and style. This review is for my hair stylist, Aizhen, who has cut my hair the past few years. She is friendly and smart, but also understands me. She remembers how I want my hair cut, she takes care of me quickly, and above all, treats me like a person. I am grateful for her. I get in and out quickly and without stress. She is my only stylist now.
