I had a coffee date with my daughter. We had one Thai tea each, with browny cookies. My tea was just Perfect, just as expected just right.

Want a got decaf skinny carmel latte. The lady made me a ice one. But correct the mistake straight away. ( she has been make the popular ice drinks all day. Apart from that excellent service. Very clean place. Will defo visit again.

I am not giving more than three stars to any Starbucks because the company has severely limited the availability of healthier options (vegetarian, vegan, sugar-free, gluten-free). Having said that, this particular store is ok. It's self-standing, which I appreciate, and has a drive-through. The staff is ok. They seemed nice but I've become accustomed to Starbucks employees been just plain jolly and willing to go out of their way for the client to feel welcome and satisfied, and that is not what I experienced. The store itself is comfortable and well stocked. I wouldn't go out of my way to go here, but it's ok if you want one of Starbucks' sugar-rich options and it happens to be on the way.

Employees here are a bunch of clowns,.openly mocking customers. One can argue all minimum wage jobs have this happen, but the employees here could do a better job of hiding it( since asking them to make an effort is too much ). They have alot of open hositlity torward...everyone .I saw them pickup on a 9 year old kid, an older woman and some teens. Unreal. Kid-friendliness: None.2 Tall guys mocked a poor little kid who asked for water.

Amber in the drive was truly what you call luxury service, I go to Starbucks all the time and I never had a Starbucks employee actually help and give me recommendations and options due to recent life changes. I truly appreciate that and I normally don’t leave reviews but this employee right here is truly what all Starbucks employees need get trained by .

I frequently visit this Starbucks and I have to say the service here has gotten a lot better! When I worked near by I would drive all the way to their spring tree location because I hated coming here. However it’s been a while so I started coming back and it’s been great ever since. The lines at the drive thru are always forever long but they work really fast and try to get you through in a hurry and they don’t mess up my order which is great. Sometimes they’re really busy so they don’t have time to chat and be extra friendly but it’s because they’re working their butts off inside and I rather that then them take forever because they want to know how my day is going. I don’t know that’s just my opinion but yours maybe different. The other thing I noticed is prices did go up significantly but with the pandemic that’s not shocking because everything went up significantly!!! This time I got their iced chai tea latte with coconut milk, it was delicious! But mostly everything I get here is always delicious and they always get it right 100% of the time.

Throughly impressed with the service here! This is one of the best functioning Starbucks I have ever stepped foot into. All the employees were VERY friendly. I had a larger order, and was in and out in less than five minutes. They also kept the drive through line moving. Highly impressed! Keep up the great work!

THIS WILL NOT BE MY NORMAL REVIEW READ CAREFULLY Arrived at Starbucks at 550am this day and walked up to the normally open doors and to my surprise there was an employee taping up a new schedule,,so,, I waited there until 6:11 in the morning !!! Feeling stupid i checked what day it was & yup its (Wednesday) ,,,,, in the morning and both doors are completely locked!!! So the associate was putting new signs on the doors that state ""sorry we missed you"" and had new store hours which also indicate they would be open at 5:30🤯 I tried knocking on the door all they did was look at me and continue to ignore me the sad thing is I'm here for somebody else being a nice person and fulfilling somebody's Uber order,,, But no worries I'm gonna wait with a smile 😏😌😌 Another 14 minutes go by and one of the workers tells I think the shift manager who was in the back who is now sprinting to the door I'm at to tell me undoubtedly to go away or go drive-thru ----- but as she approached i caught her attention and pointed to the only order just sitting there on the counter acting with hand movements that the order is for me + believe it or not she goes and grabs it and brings it right to me N proceeds to tell me that the inside will be closed until further notice because a few employees came down with c19 and to my wonderment i asked her why didn't the sign say that, instead all it said is drive thru is open ,,, nothing about the dining room being closed !!! So upon her final conclusion she realized that the sign needed correction,, I haven't been there so I don't know if it's different Fair warning people DINING ROOM CLOSED

I was never a Starbucks fan until I tried thier dark coffee. So I started going their instead. Thus location is the worst! They never have what you order, and they don't warm the food up hot enough. My sandwich was ice cold and my frappe was tooo thick with with too much whip cream. Didn't realize this until I drove off. Never ever going there again. 2 times is enough. Zero stars!!!!
