Tired of stuff not ringing up and having to use self registers. For God's sake, change them all back to cash OR card and quit the card tracking marketing and banking scheme. Boycotting Walmart! Rudest nutjobs working there to the point it's all Hispanic and attitudinal workers now! I'm doing your job checking out and have to wait 15 minutes for a 300lb person slowing making their way to the register to ring through a bottle of wine!

I witnessed a person who identified themselves as a work leader berate, a young man in toys in front of myself and other customers. The young man said he was new, and rather than offer advice. This so-called work leader began telling him he needs to work harder. A leader leads by example and this person is setting in a terrible example.

Went there after the hurricane to pick up money sent for food.tgey said they had no cash.And I asked them is they do western Union money gram also? Said yes.So why don't they have a system set up to where u are only able to use western union or money gram so have have options to pick up or send.Only 1 Walmart in Lehigh acres and went to 2 in fort Myers also didn't have money.aIf the service is shut off to send to Florida Walmart to Walmart it would allow more options to recieve.As long as they get their money from customers who cares about the people hungry with no power after a hurricane.Stores are full and registers are taking money but they have none for recieving.They should be ashamed of themselves They r not open to help with food they are opened to make money.Ill go hungry today thanks Walmart.

Automotive department is absolutely terrible. Waited in line for 20 minutes just to speak with someone. Then, they're too busy to actually perform the service today, but they don't allow appointments. Manager walked up to the counter and didn't do anything to help any of the frustrated customers, just looked at the line and walked away. Absolutely ridiculous.

Shopping Walmart website for somethings is better than you to the store. I really like it cause is not like Amazon that you have to pay a membership and some stuff is not even delivered in 2 days like they brag about it.

I'm sick of Lehigh Acres, fl, Walmart store. Just today.... looking for Align probiotic, clerk said well What we have is right there, look for it. Went to garden section. Looking for sale for salt tank. All I saw was the green bags. Tracked down a clerk. He said that's all we got. No help loading it into my cart. Trying to load it I busted my lip. I'm 64 years old, come on really. I'm done with this store. It sucks! I'm going to LaBelle store. They are great & helpful.

I had to write a review after my experience today. I’ve lived in southwest Florida all my life. I’ve never expected much from Walmart but when I called to see if they had an item I was going to pay over $200 for and sat on hold for 10 min for a nice girl to tell me “yes it’s in stock” I was pleased and headed there. As I approached the isle it was supposed to be at, it was nowhere to be found. I went to customer service to see if possibly it was in overstock in the back and the rude girl there shrugged her shoulders and said “oh well”. Walmart, that is the face of your company 😂 I was disgusted. I then ordered it for curbside because it said it was available. Again, an absolute waste of time and money. You’re lucky I spend money here occasionally. I make 6 figures a year and this was my day off. Thank you for wasting several hours of my day to get a product shipped to my house. I should be refunded. Do not shop here.

The worst, I had ordered for curb pickup groceries over 300.00 and because of them not having some kind of verification to pick up the orders, like the scan bar on our receipt we receive from when the order is ready for pickup. they just ask this random person if he was the person on the order and off course that person would lie and say yes and just like that they gave our order to them. You need a better system to make sure you don't give away other people purchase .

My new go to Walmart. The store is always clean. All of the workers are pleasant and helpful. Managers are attentive and engaged when you have a concern. I have trouble walking and their buggies are always clean and charged.

This was a must horrible experience. I went to port over my medication and decided to grab some groceries. I have respiratory issues and should not be walking from one end of a superWalmart to another, but they didn't have any motorized carts. I walked slowly and was spent before I could leave the store. I went to go out of the pharmacy doors which were locked. There was no sign indicating, nor anyone at the door to advise. Then after waiting for my friend who had accompanied me to find someone a manager finally showed up only to secure the door and rudely tell us that the for closed at 4 pm. Since I couldn't speak my friend had to speak on my behalf to advise her of the inconvenience and my medical issues. We were then begrudgingly allowed out of the store to were my car was waiting in the first spot without an apology. That will be my last time there. My photos show no sign for patrons about the doors locking before nightfall.
