Absolutely infuriating! Called around, went to two different stores for my dad’s Honda Accord and then I finally get to Lynn Haven and they said they have it—walk in, spend 20 mins waiting on a part they, “don’t have” and then I mentioned it was supposed to be up at the front for me to pick up—- turns out the young girl placed the part in the wrong place… 10 more minutes later they find it and I bring it to my dad and its the wrong hose! This hose is supposed to be for an Acura Honda not a Honda Accord! Wow… are you kidding me? Do not go to Advance Auto Parts ever— take the extra time and go to O’Rileys, at least then it would be the correct part.

Always good service. Went to have my battery checked and was able to leave it there to have it charged/tested until I could go back and pick it up before closing. Battery was fine and they were honest in diagnosing. Thanks 😊

After having to drive across town to get a belt and alternator because the store closest to me didn't have it in stock it ended up being the wrong part so When i tried to r return the belt with the original receipt they told me that I would have to drive back across town to return it at the store I bought it at.. if I didn't have the alternator installed already I would of returned both and went to autozone

Advance Auto Parts has a friendly, professional, and helpful staff that provide excellent and reliable service. As all auto parts store go Advance Auto offers top of the line parts, tools, and auto care products including warranties on items I had no idea carried warranties. I've lived in Panama City for over 30 years and needless to say this has been the rainiest summer ever! As it always happens when you have a day full of chaos and limited time what ever can go wrong will go wrong. My wiper blades were no long wiping anything away not even the smallest amount of rain. Inevitably, new blades were the only option. I stopped by Advance Auto and pickup a pair of mid priced wiper blades. As I was about to pay the clerk asked if I wanted to purchase a warranty for the wiper blades. The blades already come with a 90 day warranty, however, for only $4.99, I could add a 2 years warranty that would begin after the 90 day warranty ends as long as I can show proof of purchase. So as long as I keep the receipt I can bring the blades in to any Advance Auto Parts for any reason and exchange them for new blades! After thinking about it for a split second ($4.99 ÷ 730 days = 0.006 cost per day to replace, $42 in wiperblades) I said yes and placed the receipt in the glovebox next to my insurance and registration! So, next you need something for your car stop by Advance Auto Parts and don't forget to ask if the item your buying has a warranty offer!! 🚗🚙🛠😁👍

I love coming here to get auto parts. The prices are fair, and the people are so helpful to answer any questions I have. I really like how they have trash cans outside so I can they not my car. This particular location has handicapped parking right in front. And have plenty of parking spaces in front and to the side of the building. They are open pretty late. And they usually have a lot of 2 for 1 specials.
