If I could give this review zero stars? I would. I purchased an item this morning and when I got home and took it out of the box? It was defective and did not work. I made another hour long drive into town in hopes of either exchanging it for the same product or a refund if they did not have another one in stock. When I got to Walmart the lady at the counter was very nice and helpful. She mentioned that the item was non returnable but wasn’t sure if that because it was broken out of the box we just exchange it. She called a manager, proceeded to wait 10 to 15 minutes for a manager to come up. She was one of the rudest managers I’ve ever dealt with. Needless to say I’m now stuck with a defective none working product. I’m out coat of the product of $75, 4 hours of drive time and with gas prices the way they are? An additional $35 in gas. Was a horrible experience, especially with the rude manager and my business will now go elsewhere. ~Chez
