It seems there are new employees every time we visit the Lynn Haven location, but the staff is well trained and the food is always great. We'd love the captain's sauce. Be sure you round up to support their charity.

Yall better bring a lot of cash, especially if you have a big family. $51.00 for the sub meal deal, that for two sub meals and few brownies. Maybe I'm just too cheap But ever since this new president everything is gone up ,way up. Features: It's free

The store closes at 9 and I went in about 8:40 to get a sandwich. They had time to make my sandwich and I was home at 9 PM. The workers were clearly not happy that I came in to get a sandwich when they obviously wanted to go home. They had already put the meatball sub ingredients away so I had to order a steak and cheese. They locked the door 8:45 PM and let me out when I was ready to go at 8:50 PM. They were rude. I absolutely cannot stand it when a store says it's open certain hours and they close before then! If you want to close at 8:30 PM then say so and post that as your hours. I'll be going elsewhere from now on. I realize businesses are having a hard time getting decent employees but I'm not going back to a store with obnoxious people.

If I could give negative stars I would . Four younger long haired men working well kinda when they wasn't playing with the food. The guy taking order was more worried about getting bad on phone which caused the order to be wrong twice. The food was okay flavor wise but we cut our dinner short when both pulled long jet black hair out of our subs baked into the cheese in which no one making food was wearing hair nets

Went there today at 10:30 for lunch. Me and several other customers waiting to get in, it is 10:37 the sign says you open at 10:30. staff inside could see us waiting to get in. An employee walks up from the parking lot and says we don't open until 11. I said your sign says 10:30. His exact words to me are I don't care what the sign says we open at 11. I will not go back, very rude staff.

This is the first time I've been to this place in 6 months. Workers need to stop playing behind the counter. One of them tasted some hot sauce and coughed at least 50 times while they were preparing sandwiches and loading the ice into the soda machine. I'm back 1 year later to try this place again. It was 10:45am and the doors were still locked. Someone came to the door and said they are having plumbing problems so they will be opening late. This used to be my 2 time a week lunch spot but new employees/management ruined it.

Stopped to pick up a couple of quick subs after 2pm, took over 20 minutes. 5 young employees were present, one person ahead of me. They could t seem to get it together. The sweet tea was empty and I quickly asked if there was any more. One asked the other to make new tea. 20 minutes go by and I ask again. She forgot. Employee came from Kitchen with a vengeance and gave me that look. I left with no tea and Won’t be back.

Terrible customer service! The girl that checked me out was picking food out of her teeth while talking to me. When my name was called and I got my sandwich, I said thank you and the girl turned her back and never replied. She should have been the one to tell me thank you! This place used to be one of my favorite places but not any more. I wish every place of business could have customer service like Chick-fil-A. All the young employees there seem to appreciate my business. From now on, I’ll go to next door to Publix for my sub sandwiches. At least they seem to realize the customer actually pays their salary and are appreciative. I always get a smile and thank you as it’s handed to me.
