Newell Asst Mgr Deigo Customer service and Zuma Mgr absolutely very informative helpful and Professional Mgr is Alway in Front u don’t see that in most Banks. Citi Bank on 5th is another Bank the Manager is in front right spot on hopefully Wells Fargo on 5 and Washington Ave can learn I stop my account long wait Manger is never there… Checkout these Banks if you hav waiting and other issues Chase and Citi best Management…

Worst experience . I came for a cashier check and 10 people there couldn't help me . Their system kept crushing down but apparently it was my fault and they put me to call chase . How in the world , 10 people with lots of offices there available couldn't help me with such a simple request ?????????

This branch is a Chase Private Client location and offers all of the services a regular branch offers. Very friendly and provides great customer service along with short wait times and a clean and new branch. Recommend this branch if you’re looking for a bank with a knowledgeable and friendly staff. I enjoy going to this branch whenever I need assistance.

Unfortunately the branch manager Rene was not very helpful. The bank teller made a mistake with 2 of my deposits and instead the manager was blaming me that I didnt know how to count correctly. The teller mixed 1 check with another deposit, therefore it didnt add up. Almost $8k that were not deposited due to there mistake. And to top it off, branch manager was waiting for me to finish adding it up, and he just walked away, when i asked for him he was in lunch, so professional.
