Forget trying to call the local branch! Automated phone and just says they are busy and hangs up!

This particular location is awful. The drive through ATM is always broken and then the interior ATMs are unavailable after hours even though they have a card reader at the door for after-hours access. Its been broken/disabled for over a year now!!! This chase location is absolutely worthless after bank hours.

First, I had to wait for 40 minutes to get any assistance. And the basically, I wanted to change my account to a checking one (after this, probably changing it to an investment one) but, apparently, if I want to make a wire transfer the system has to send me a code only through text message, which can’t be send to an international number -my only phone number is international, from Argentina. Then, the supervisor told she couldn’t help me and send me to contact the call center, making me internalize the absolute incompetence and anachronistic system that the chase has. So, I go physically, in person, to a branch, taking time of my agenda, to get no solution at all, and basically wanting to close my account and end absolutely all kind of relationship with chase, instead of making the deposit I wanted and had to do. Note that I’d been a client since 2012. Apparently that it isn’t of value for the bank, and right now I’m looking forward to expand my business with another bank. Hopefully someone will help me and solve this issue, that’s the only reason why I kept my account open

The employees who are actually there are very helpful. The problem is, whenever I need anything more than a deposit or withdrawal, a specialist is habitually unavailable. I make an appointment, they're late or a no show. I come as a walk in, no availability because they only have 1 specialist working that day. This is the most frustrating branch I've ever committed to. Unfortunately, it's the closest one to me, otherwise I would never come back again.

I am tired of putting up with the bad service, lack of attention and the “I don’t care” attitude which seems to permeate the Collins Avenue and 69th Street branch. And this is from a “Private Banker” client with three very healthy accounts there. The branch on Biscayne Blvd. and 108th Street, which I have used on occasion when shopping at Aldi’s next door, seems more like a proper bank upon entering their banking hall and very much professionally run in the manner in which we expect a bank to be run. If Chase is trying to change the image of banking and think this new model is going to captivate the minds and hearts of their existing clientele I think they have made a terrible mistake and not properly assessed what exactly the public will withstand. As it will create too much of a problem to move my accounts to another bank I shall simply find a branch of Chase still run in the old fashioned but more acceptable way, at least to me, and not have to put up with what I consider to be the very worst form of customer service. Perhaps their staff should be required to take a course in what customer service actually means and how to apply it to their every day responsibilities. That might make that branch a more pleasant way to fulfill their clients’ needs and put a happy smile on their faces.

I am a Chase costumer for more than 20 years. I live in South Beach and frequently use the Alton road location.I am always satisfied there. I opened my new business in North Beach 4 years ago and opened a business account in the 69 Collins location. Can’t compare the service with the South Beach location but what happened today is too much. Around $1200000 go through my account yearly, but I always keep at least $200000 on this business account.Rign now it is$300000. I stopped by today to order a new check book for the same business account. For 1000 checks (only paper) they charged $325 I told to the banker I never paid before because in other banks they see my balance and wave the fee right away.Ok,I asked for the manager and said if he is not going to waive the fee like the other location I will take out my $300000 and put it in my other Bank. What he said??? I don’t have to take out my money because he can do wire transfer to any bank. But of course I have to pay for it. Seriously??? After having a costumer for more than 20 years always keeping $300000-600000 on my account. I asked for his card to write a complaint. His name is Roy J.Hallak If anyone in Chance care about the costumer I will be contacted.

I leave across the street and this is my branch. I come here at least 2 times per week. This location is brand new and is sooo dirty all the time. The ATM machines, floors and the entrance doors are always sooo filthy. I am really upset as a customer. I always use the machines and I am grossed out by touching it. I would appreciate if there was someone staff cleaning it in a regular basis. We as a customer need a clean bank to do our business at.
