Don't expect amazing service or anything, it's a little below average. I am not sure if there is a manager on site either. I never see anyone cleaning the tables or helping the employees move the lines. One time I was there and the cashier up front needed help figuring out something with my rewards... the man she was having help her didn't speak English fluently. He was asking her how to translate words from Spanish that he was trying to explain to me. The word was "minimum"... He was nice, but not knowing English is wild if he was the manager.

Ordered online and they served me old guac. Unfortunately, I did not see it until I got home. Make sure you check your order and be careful with this place!

PLEASE AVOID THIS LOCATION!!!!!!! This used to be my go to Chipotle location but my most recent visits have been nothing short of awful. The tables are always left dirty if no one is using them, they hardly restock the napkins and utensils, and you can see in most if not all of the employees faces that they’d rather be having their teeth pulled than be there. Every request or question is answered with an eye roll or a demeaning attitude. On Thursday I made the mistake of going again, and I have had food poisoning all weekend since. I will spare the details other than it has been a huge inconvenience for work and extremely unpleasant. I will no longer be coming to this location under any circumstances, and if you value your health I would suggest the same.

I was giving this location another chance. And again another horrible experience today. I order online today a biwl wirh chicken. I got lettuce instead of guac. Went back again I talked to the manager explained that I have constantly getting my online orders wrong more than 50 percent at a time. Manager went to remake my order. I got guacamole but after I tried the chicken a piece of it and it tasted burnt. I look most of the other pieces of chicken and 80 percent all of it is burnt. I should just give up that location or just the whole Chipotle franchise

service is fast. guys are amazing. food is good. only thing is tables are nasty, drinks station always is short of drinks and dirty, garbage cans are full smells like crazy.

i asked for a barbacoa burrito bowl, however, they gave me a bunch of fat, instead of the actual meat itself, i’m done with with this chipotle

Walked in and the girl behind the POS was holding hands with her manager or another employee, either way seriously unprofessional. The first kid who started my order wasn’t paying attention to what I was ordering, he was talking to his friend (another customer) who was two customers behind me the entire time and while making our food he put my daughters tortillas together so when she was eating her kids meal she accidentally ate both of them at the same time and basically only was able to eat one taco. The next kid who finished my order was singing along to the music playing in the background and I had to repeat every single item that I wanted which was extremely frustrating considering I asked for lettuce twice and he STILL didn’t put it on but I wasn’t about to repeat myself anymore. Lastly, I asked for two tortillas on the side and they made them, but the tortillas never made it into my bag which completely ruined my meal. Also, this location was completely filthy by the drink station. Instead of having unprofessional flirtatious relationships in front of customers you should focus on customer service and store cleanliness because I won’t be returning to this location again, and given the amount of other negative reviews I’m guessing a lot of other people won’t be going back either.

I have been coming to this chipotle for years and for the past few times I’ve ordered through Uber eats I’ve been extremely dissatisfied and disgusted so I had to go in person to see what was going on because in the in person experience and taste was always better. I I assumed wrong there service and PRESENTATION has gone way down hill wish I could have taken of picture of how these employees kept the food area and toppings, it looked like someone had a food fight in there all the toppings were CROSS CONTAMINATED . Along with EVERY single table inside was completely FILTHY . I’m not one to write reviews but I was in such shock I had to. this location needs a MAJOR management UPGRADE. I don’t care how busy you are that is no excuse to keep cleanliness through the ENTIRE RESTAURANT.

The worst Chipotle ever. Always run out of food. Never have sweet tea. Be careful with your online order. We just got stale chips and no guacamole, they substituted three guacs on our plate and two sides of guacs for one queso bottle. They didn’t tell us they ran out of tomatoes too. They just figured we’d get home and nothing happens. Busy or not they always have a problem being honest and supplies. Garbage and not to mention the food was so cold. It’s pretty sad that you can do this. Cancel the orders before you send this home.
