I gave one ⭐ because there aren't options for none I really need to transfer an antibiotic from Walgreens cause the insurance doesn't cover in Walgreens and they said it take 48 hours for the transfer crazy I really need the antibiotic they should have priority never go to CVS again

The manager Isabel was extremely rude and unwilling to help me at checkout. She only offered attitude for no reason. She was grumpy and unpleasant without reason. Was extremely disappointed by her lack of people skills. I am surprised she is a part of the management team.

What horrible Costumer service!! The machine didn’t print out my receipt for my purchase and I asked the cashier to please print it out for me and she said she wasn’t able to which is a lie and that I won’t be able to return anything I bought without the receipt only store credit. I know there's a ways she could’ve printed out my receipt for me but refused for lack of work ethic.

The pharmacy employee are agresive toward client. Do they received any customer services at all? Remember, there is always Walgreens across the the road. That is why I had my flu shot at Walgreens. All, the reviews for the Pharmacy are bad. Does corporate is aware how this store is damaging the CVS brand. There's is women working in the pharmacy that have the worst deposition towards customer. And the staff knows about it.

Very poor manners by a young male employee who answers the pharmacy phone and regulary switches from English into Spanish for no reason. I can do both, but sometimes I call in English to make things easier for the employees.Keep conversations in one language.

The pharmacists and the employees on the pharmacy side are the worst. The least they told me was that I go to another pharmacy and my answer was, what can another pharmacy solve for me that you can't solve for me? Maybe it's customer service

Pharmacy -- HORRIBLE and unacceptable manners. Lauda spoke to our patient who brought in a GoodRx coupon. She responded with poor values. We have sent MANY patients with a GoodRx coupon from our Dental office, NONE have ever been treated this way. "excuse" -- The patient's name has to be on the coupon..really??? Corporate states otherwise. I highly suggest the manager Ivan Page correct the issue and correct the behavior of Lauda. Mind you, he was the only person in the store that was able to help my patient.

I have literally been on HOLD for over 44 minutes for the pharmacy. I don't understand how busy they can be that they are unable to pick up the phone at the very least and tell me to hold. The reason for my call was because my doctor had called in a medication and when I checked online to see if the prescription was ready it appeared to be Out of Stock. I never got a call from the pharmacy letting me know. The site also clearly stated to call them, if I needed the prescription today. I called them as soon as I saw it was out of Stock because they close at 9pm SHARP. I stayed holding... and no one ever came to the phone. Now it's less than 15 minutes before they close and il will have to go another day without my prescription. This is very poor service.
