One of my favorite Publix supermarkets in Miami. It's huge, well stocked and with a perfectly distribution. All their products are so fresh and the staff is friendly and welcoming.

There is a continuous lack of product or discontinued product, which requires you to request something every time with unreliable results. The help is sloppy and may damage your purchases as the baggers don't pay attention to what their job is!

The bakery/cake sections is amazing. They always make my cakes for parties and I absolutely love them. The team here really goes out of their way to please the customer!!! Great service!

Waited 15 min inline for a sub then when its my turn the clerck tell me give me a sec and she started working on 5 online orders to get sun there is atleast a 1 hour wait if publix cant handle the online orders they should just do away with in store orders

Best deli in the area. Not all publix are the same in Kendall. I go 6.5 miles to this one for produce and deli. The meat department does lack though. I have a publix 0.9 miles away from home on dread going to it.

They should have cafeteria too eat in and drinks , because Publix it is very expensive, and we can have it expresso,Cafe con leches.et,eat,eat. Now is too dead , customer service is not so great.the workers they don't movetoo help us ,and the Pharmacy it is worse if you speaking is Spanish they don't like it is heavy lady when you're as her for help,she doesn't move. She is American, and very heavy.

My 2 star review is specifically for the Deli and nothing else from the store. The Food at the Deli is never fresh and always running out ! The popcorn chicken is always stale , and so are the chicken tenders. . The line for the subs is always huge, They need to staff the Deli better , Come on Publix ur multi millionaire company and everyone knows to come here for the Deli department . This is the closet at Publix to me , and I rather drive an extra 10 mins to another one with better quality products .

This Publix store is one of the best yet. Very well organized and the staff is very helpful . I have to mention one staff member, Kevin In Customer service . He was extremely courteous and polite . He is very knowledgeable and was able to assist me immediately . I would recommend going to this store.

Excellent customer service! A bagger named Noel was super nice, bagged my food perfectly and took it to my car. Will come back to this publix.
