First time going and enjoyed it thoroughly. Great tasting food and the staff were very friendly though a bit overtaxed. Appreciate their attention of always having my iced tea filled and making sure we were happy with our food. It's the small things that count so much.

This was our first time and we sat inside off to the right of the front entrance. The room was very cold and had a slight musty odor but not too bad. Better cold than hot. We ate the fried chicken salad and chicken bacon ranch sandwich. The breading on the chicken seemed a salty but otherwise both dishes were good. Waitress was good but could have been a little quicker with the bill towards the end. Would go back to try other meals, though.

I had prime rib, and of my three friends, they had a monstrous Cobb salad, a Philly cheesesteak, and a filet mignon. I asked for my cut of prime medium rare and that's the way it came. My suggestion to the kitchen is to serve it on a warm/hot plate instead of a cold plate. Of all the cuts of prime I've eaten, this one was.. okay. Both the Philly and the Cob salad were very much enjoyed, however the filet mignon had to be sent back twice because the cook had no idea how to cook a steak. (Not to mention the fact that it was terribly overseasoned) The steak was requested medium well and was presented the first time well done and then some, the second time was well done on the outside with the core raw. Needless to say my friend did not eat last night. The manager did try to correct things however by then my friend was done.

Fast service, good food and nice outdoor seating area! What else could you asked for when you are hungry after boating, lol. I really recommend this place if you are in Mount Dora. I was really impressed with their hamburgers and how quick they served us! Prices are really good compared to other restaurants in the area.
