My shopping experience there was always good but on this particular day. Most of the shelves needed restocking they were empty and what I went there specifically for was not instock either.

Customer service , specially the manager is extremely rude. Buying 20lb pets food and groceries, didnt allow me to use the cart for carry to my car and didnt allow me to use my own cart neither.

Great local "mini-walmart" for residents living nearby, can walk or drive for a few seconds to grab whatever you need at home from drinks to basic food to stationaries to car windshield wiper liquid. Like stocked like Walgreens, but more reasonably priced. It also save local residents from driving for some more beverages on Sunday football half-time!

The only pleasant person that works there is name Lovely everybody else is so rude Miguel and Oscar and the other three ladies that work there are extremely rude; for weeks I've been complaining about being charge the wrong prices and Informed Oscar and staff who do not seem to care. Oscar simply do not care to handle my concerns and rudely told me to call corporate. I asked Miguel for the store number and he rudely told me to look on the receipt. It is unacceptable to be rudely treated because I am requesting to be charge the right price. I feel this is a inconvenience and your staff have attitudes when I ask them to please correct the prices someone from corporate need to go there and simply put in all the correct prices that you advertised to your customers.

I when in today to buy valentine day cards for my daughter class. I grabbed a little basket and got what I needed. My hands were full and I needed to make a bank transfer. So when I got up to the counter I put the basket on top and I said I need to do something really fast. The lady just stood there and said you need to take the stuff out of the baskets. I said I need a sec can you please do that. She just looked at me and said no! Horrible customer service! I’ve been calling the store to talk to a manager but no one picks up! I will get a hold of a manager!!! This lady was sooooo rude to me!

There are no shopping carts available.The cashier wasn't properly trained both pos sytem and customer service wise. When she made the mistake her manager was really nice when it came to fixing the issue but you shouldn't reprimand your employee in front of customers. It's very unprofessional and embarrassing for the employee. The cashier on the other hand should look for another field of work because customer service isn't it

We walking to this family dollar around 8:20 pm and there was this super rude employee I think she is the manager her name is Arely she walking to us and in a very rude manner she start tossing books around the shelves yelling at us to not touch anything cuz she was not getting paid enough to fix the shelves even though we were not even touching the books and then she continued talking in Spanish saying “estos clientes de pinga me tienen harta” them she continued going to the front talking to herself out loud about been tired of dealing with customers and when we were in line to pay she start giving us a bad look. Honestly to run a business customer service is the heart of the business and this person working here honestly only make this family dollar loose customers that are loyal to the store.

Good staff now very friendly but for 1 reason or another there is always a product am looking for & they don't have it & some times they don't have for several days at times plus the regional supervisor treats the employees like they r way below her pls investigate & make your employees right.
