Too bad I had to give them one star. No waiting room because of the plague, so I had to wait outside for hours in August. Porta potty. Can't wait. Don't really know what they're doing. Bet my coolant leak problem isn't fixed either.

Our driver started to have trouble shifting his truck. His truck is a Long Term Penske Lease semi tractor. Seeing they had a shop so close to our delivery, we went here to see if they could take a look at and do what we thought was going to be a clutch brake adjustment. It ended up needing more than that. It was going to need a new clutch brake and the shop dod not have one in their parts room. It being Saturday limited some of our options as well. But JT was positive and wanted to try. They were able to secure the parts and JT and Jorge had us going in just 2 hours. Very grateful for their attitudes and help. Because of thier help we were able to make our pick up appointment.

If I could give a zero star I would !! After making a reservation 2weeks away for a 12 ft truck because thats the one im comfortable driving I was force to take a 16 ft because at this time i have no choice need to move tomorrow,wasnt inform the day before about them not having what I wanted ,so what was the purpose of making a reservation? My first and my last time renting and will never recommend anyone to rent . I would have really appreciated if I have gotten a follow up call , so I could have went elsewhere.

Very helpful staff at pick-up and drop off. The truck was comfortable. The price definitely beat U-Haul's, plus unlimited miles were included.

I waited 3 hrs in a waiting room with no updates, no common courtesy to let me know whats going on. When I finally asked what was wrong, they didn't have an answer for me. Aren't you suppose to be a professional. They couldn't get me a new truck. Customer service was an absolute joke...

Never buy a semi truck from this company they do not maintenance there equipment and reset check engine codes so nothing show on dash bought a truck been in the shop none stop since buying here watch out they sell lemons. And the warranty they offer threw this sorry ass company(National Truck Protection) is useless because you can not go to any Desiel mechanic and get your truck fixed even if you have a really good one you have to use authorize dealership ones which means a higher bill. Because they don't cover every part of the bill. So if your truck brakes down right in front of a great mechanic shop you can't use them you have get towed to a authorized shop that may be miles away which they cover 250 on tow but that is useless when talking about a semi so the rest is on you that can run into the thousands. Buyer beware stay a way from this company and their trucks for sale I am so disgusted with the way this whole experience turned out I'm talking to a lawyer to see if there is any kinda of lemon law to protect against companies like this one. I usually don't write reviews but I feel I need to warn people so they don't get screwed like I did.
