This place is nasty! My moving truck was infested with roaches. It’s definitely not from me. My place I was living at didn’t have a single roach so it’s definitely from the uhall truck. I understand it’s Florida and roaches are common, but this place clearly doesn’t fully inspect their trucks after every move. They should be treated for pests after every single move. When I told them about the situation, they had no sympathy and didn’t seem to care. Like, seriously? My stuff was potentially contaminated now due to roaches. Thankfully, I’ve only seen two baby roaches in my new place and I killed them instantly. Haven’t seen any since. Let’s pray there isn’t any more in my home. Such a headache this experience has been. Do not rent from this location unless you fully inspect the truck yourself before leaving the property!

Tried to rent a trailer and the guy I think his name was erick said lights on my suv didn’t work I got home checked them and they are working

INCOMPETENT! Did not put in a correct extension on 9/3 Then couldnt opperate a computer to set a reservation 9/7 was told by the general manager WHO has NO idea about customer service that " if I didnt have a problem the first time, I prolly wouldnt have had one the second time". Shes hung HO to tell someone about calling the authorities, although it's herand her employees that are VERY incompetent!!! I politely said I needed to pick a different location due to the Multiple screw ups!!! YOUVE BEEN WARNED DONT USE THIS LOCATION. ♡ God Bless

Unbelievably poor management. Eric should be a prison guard, not a customer service representative. The young girl Tiffany was nice but it ended there. It would take me an hour to write all the disrespectful things that happened in a 15 minute visit trying to return a rental. Unfortunatelu I had to leave 1 star. They don't deserve any.

Very helpful young man got me what I needed. Very knowledgeable. The parking getting in can be a little tricky especially if they are parking a trailer but it's not a reflection on the staff. They park em quick and you're good to go.

Very helpful staff, despite booking to have a hitch installed on our car only to discover there was too much rust, they were quick to identify and explained the situation honestly. It didn't help our situation, but they were helpful and professional.

One of the ladies working there this morning was extremely rude to my husband. She asked him to sweep out the truck which he did, as he was sweeping she came outside and started arguing with him. Terrible customer service I don't understand why she was so upset so early in the morning

The assistant manager zero customer service skills, should not be working with customers. Eric is his name. Mentioned homeless people walking through the lot and would recommend not leaving keys in any vehicle‘s this tells me he’s a judge mental person and should not be working with customers are irregardless. On the other hand Tiffany was very accommodating and managed the situation well.

I had an issue with my truck rental. There were holes in the roof of the truck and all my items got soak when it started to rain. I called customer service who stated that they would have a manager assist me when I arrived at the store and when I got there, there were no members of management who even knew about my issue. I told customer service that I would be back at the shop in an hour for a new truck because I still had things to move and they assured me that it would be handled. When I arrived the associate told me he had no notice of my issue and the the GM was not in and that I would have to talk to him. He proceeded to call him one time and said he wasn't picking up and that he would give me his number so I can call. I said that was unacceptable and I needed a truck to finish emptying my apartment. He stated that he could put me in a 10 ft truck but could not refund my orginal purchase because on the GM could do that. After I received the truck I called customer service back and they told me the associate should have refunded me back my original purchase and that the GM would be in contact with me within an hour. This was Saturday...it is now Thursday and still no call from the GM. Needless to say. U-HAUL HAS LOST MY BUSINESS FOR LIFE!!
