Review for PAOLA- My Pomeranian has ‘show dog’ fur. Meaning, A LOT of fur. She can also be extremely timid. We’ve lived here off and on for the past 4 years and have lived and traveled on a bus the past 2. We get her groomed at least once a month, so we’ve seen a lot of groomers. My pup went right to Paola and the best part was she came out of the salon PERFECT. Exactly what we asked for. She looks amazing and probably one of the best grooms I’ve ever seen for my Sophie. Shout out to the other ladies at the front too. My hubby can be a little rough around the edges and they handled him well.

I am disappointed with this location. A friend of ours gave my puppy daughter a gift from this location (pink vest). Since it was a gift no recipes was given to us. So she told us she had purchased the gift from this location, I went to exchange since it did not fit my doggy daughter and the female seemed like she was going to assist with the exchange at first and then said if I had the receipt which I had already explained to her it was a gift and no receipt was given to us. She looked at us top to bottom and said well no receipt we cannot exchange. Have a great day.

Been going to this woof gang location for about a year now- I have used a couple of different groomers and they all have been great. My dog Milo has been seeing Sogee (that’s how is sounds not the way it’s spelt) consistently lately and I adore her. She is so patient with Milo- he def isn’t the easiest to work with. She listens so well to what I want and executes every time ! As hard as it is leaving him there bc he doesn’t like to be groomed - I know I’m leaving him in good hands and THAT is what makes me feel good about going back every time.

Great service!! Chris did an excellent job bathing and trimming my baby Gias nails. He was so patient with her because she was a little nervous going to a new place. I am so grateful they were able to squeeze her in without an appointment. Ally was very professional and so nice. Great place and great service. Thank you. I will definitely be going back. 😁👍👍👍

I can’t say enough about Paola’s work as a groomer/stylist! As a nervous mother with a tiny puppy in for her first haircut; Paola put me at ease and did an amazing job with Lanci’s cut and nails! Paola was very gentle with Lanci and extremely patient with me (sorry for being indecisive, you handled it beautifully). Thank you!

If I could give them zero stars I would. If you have a senior dog, RUN AWAY from this place!!! Brought my baby here in December and everything was fine. They treated her so well and the groomer was lovely. Brought her in today, Feb, after calling to make an appointment. My dog is 17y, she’s a shi tzu. The groomer this time had a complete attitude change when I said I needed a mini grooming + bath, but still took her in. 10 min go by and I get a call from the place saying they wouldn’t bathe her but would trim her hair and nails. WHAT?? They said she’s “too old and it was a position they had to take because there’s a lot of stress when they go from the bath tub to the dryer”. Yes but she came here before and it was no problem. Not even two months ago! They gave her back to me with paws and belly completely wet. I’m sorry your groomer this time was incompetent. It’s not my fault or my baby’s. Absolutely disrespectful. Why did you not tell me you couldn’t bathe her when i called for the appointment???? Absolutely DO NOT recommend this place. Run away with your senior pups and save yourself and your pup the mistreatment and disrespect!!!!

I was having a very hectic morning, running late for my appointment for my 2 dogs to get groomed. The two ladies at the front were amazing, kind professional and patient. The groomer came out and was very attentive to my dogs and asked if they needed and special treatments. This location was amazing! We will 100% be coming back. Upon pick up my dogs looked, smelt and felt amazing!!!! I didn’t catch anyones names but I’m am so grateful for them all!

We have been going to this Dr. Phillips location for about 2 years now. Our family really does appreciate our experience here - with the owners, employees, and groomers! I would say the qualities at this location 1. They build a relationship. They were always very kind and professional. As time has gone by, the relationship has grown and I feel they have accommodated us and all our concerns with care. 2. Over the 2 years we have been there we have had "concerns"(not many). Since relationships are very rarely perfect all the time, I felt the way our concerns were handled spoke volumes! They took time to listen, were very kind, and addressed each and every concern. What more could you ask for?! 3. The groomers have always done a good job! Being 100%, I do feel they do not keep groomers for long periods of time (but as a fellow small business owner, I understand there are many factors here). Some of their groomers do AMAZING, others are good - but none have been bad. 4. We use them for weekly baths on our 3 baby boys - Lego, Taco, and Nacho. And once a month for grooming.

I’ve been here twice for the grooming services and Mazee leaves smelling amazing with a clean shiny coat and a new bandana which she loves showing off! Very friendly and clean store!
