Everyone here is so helpful and knowledgeable. I always feel welcomed and free to ask questions. The member discount they offer for repeat customers is really great as well. I feel confident that every item in the store has been vetted to be high-quality and beneficial for my dog. Sam was really great and went out of her way to answer all my questions and make suggestions.

In fact, I trust them with my babies too. Today was a return grooming visit for my Yogi and BooBoo. As you can see, Sophia did an AMAZING job. STAY AWAY! I would give this place 0 stars if we could My wife brought our cat to this groomer and requested a light trim, asked for her to be bathed, and asked for the nails to be trimmed. Without any explanation, they shaved her as short as they could. Looking at the reviews on yelp, at least one other person had this exact same experience. They didn't bathe her because they said she resisted too much. They also cut her whiskers, which any cat owner knows is a big no-no. Even if we wanted a lion-cut (which we absolutely did not want) they did a horrible job. The back of her head was shaved way too far, and is uneven. They also charged nearly double what our vet would charge for grooming, which is absurd. Look at our before and after photos and ask yourself if you'd want that for your pet. We'll be avoiding all woof-gang locations for any pet needs from now on.

I’ve been taking my dog here for about 4 months or so and they are so sweet with my dog! Vanessa is amazing with Brownie and super patient with him. Definitely recommend!

Always find what I need at Wolf Gang Bakery. They have the healthiest food for my 2 cairn terriers and the staff is always helpful & knowledgeable. I also get my dogs groomed there because they are consistently professional and do a great job. My babies love the fact that they get in and out quickly & look so ‘handsome’ afterwards!!!

I absolutely trust Woof gang bakery and grooming. I bring my furry baby for full grooms and baths and had never been disappointed. Katie does a wonderful job. The staff is always friendly and willing to accommodate appointments. Treats and ice cream are the best!!! Woof Gang at Lake Nona is super recommended.

I would bring my dog here and have a great experience every time, until his most recent visit. My dog had a new groomer during his visit and when I got him back, he had cuts and dried up blood. I didn't put much mind into it because I understand things like that can happen and are common, but when I gave him his first bath after his appointment, I started to notice scabs on my dog and they would start flaking. This has never happened to my dog before. My initial thought was that it's probably scabs from where he was cut and it dried up. But weeks went on and I started to notice more appear on his body, one one his neck, one on his tail and about 5 on his back. I decided to take him to the vet when I started noticing they would keep appearing even after the scab fell off. My vet told me that my dog now has a skin infection that was most likely caused by the groomers. I was very disappointed because my dog did not have an infection before his groomers appointment and the scabs started appearing right after his appointment. I called the store after the vet appointment and was told it was probably the shampoo but my dog has been there multiple times and it's never happened before and I've taken my dog to other groomers in Orlando and I never had this experience before. Either they used a new shampoo from his last visit (I highly doubt it was the shampoo that caused it) or, it was the person cutting my dog that didn't clean the tools (the vet agreed to this). Either way, I won't be taking my dog to this location ever again.

Allow me to begin by stating this was our second time bringing our dog to this location, the first time the groomer cut our dog’s hair perfectly. We were very happy and excited that we found a groomer closer to home, BUT that went out the window on our second visit. We made an appointment, my wife arrived and told the groomer what we wanted done to our dog’s fur which was a #4. Well… When my wife arrived to pickup our dog he was shaved down to a #10!!! When my wife saw our dog her face must’ve said a thousand words cause the groomer right away stated “I know it’s shorter than you wanted it but his fur was matted so I had to go shorter”. My wife brushes his hair and no other groomer has EVER stated our dog’s fur was matted. The least they could’ve done was called us beforehand to inform us that they were going to need to cut his hair shorter than requested, and let us decide wether or not to move forward. He now looks like a shaved down squirrel with a feather duster tail. Sad to say we will be looking for a new groomer.

I used to take my baby boy to Woof gang at Clearwater where we always had an incredible experience. Recently move down this area so I decided to give Woof Gang Lake Nona a chance and I am so happy that I did!!! Its my 3rd attempt trying to find a new groomer for Benji my 10months lhasa apaso and I was just left with dissapoinment. Lhasas can be difficult when they dont know a person very well and today Vanessa (I hope got the name right) went above and beyond to make sure he got fully groomed despite how challenging he can be. I feel so very grateful to have come across her!.. the place overall was an amazing experience from booking the service to shooping there every single employee was super nice, friendly and helpful. I think Benji and I found our new favorite Woof Gang 😍💕
