LISA is unprofessional and unhelpful. Too bad because it’s a convenient location. She needs to remember she is in a customer service business. The fee is also redicilous for a prepaid label as well. Will go out of my way to go to the Granada and Nova location where everyone goes above and beyond to help !

The service I received was absolutely horrible! I sent a Christmas package to my neices and nephews (6 to be exact) all going to Georgia and paid for insurance in case there were any issues. My package showed that it arrived to a facility somewhere in Georgia and the went mia. After I informed them about the issue they said they would look into it and get back to me. That never happened. After a few more days the package showed delivered. I checked with my brother and he confirmed along with his door cam that no one dropped off any packages at any time. I called to use the insurance that I paid for and they told me because the package showed delivered there was nothing they could do. So I paid extra for absolutely nothing. So all in all 6 kids were disappointed, my insurance was completely unnecessary, and I wasted my time, money, and effort for no resolution. I would recommend just paying the little extra to use a company like FedEx who confirms delivery with a picture.

First, I thought location, location, location! But once I visited, I fell in love with the service. From the warm greeting, to the professional interaction throughout my purchase, to the care taken in packaging my shipment...excellence all the way!! So thankful to have them in the community. And I don't mind the $1 fee for UPS package pickup that others have complained about. Before this Safe Ship location opened, I found myself driving to Nova Road to use a UPS dropbox. Often I would drive all that way just to find the drop box too full to accept my package. I'll gladly spend the dollar. Safe Ship @ Halifax for the win!

This is a great one-stop shop. I can’t understand why some are complaining about the $1 fee to drop off a UPS parcel. They are a business, not a charity, and they are not a UPS-owned store. They pay all of their own overhead, and you have to pay for the convenience. You have an option: waste time and a gallon of gas driving roundtrip to a UPS store. Easy decision.

Initially I was so happy to hear there would be a UPS drop off in Roscommons so I wouldn’t have to drive to the Trails. However, when I went there just to drop off a prepaid UPS package, they wanted to charge me! Their excuse is that they have to pay for this service (so in turn are passing that along to their customers). They should realize by now from the multiple unhappy customers that they are losing what could be repeat business. Now I will not consider going there even if I have something to pack and ship. I’ll take my business elsewhere.

I would give Safe Ship Halifax 10 stars if I could. I had a family antique chair shipped to my home in Tennessee. Lisa was amazing. She knew how nervous I was and helped me all the way through the process. Highly recommend!! Thank you Lisa again!!

Very nice people there and they offer many services-- packing and shipping, faxing and copying, notarizing, mailbox rental, box making and more. Different shippers to choose from so you get a great deal-- Post Office, FedEx, DHL.
