Smaller store than most DSWs so the selection is not great.

Inventory wasn't uptown par. I was prepared to spend some significant money, but left empty handed! That's a first for me.

Very limited selection of mens shoes, especially compared to other DSW stores. Also, based on a very recent purchase i made from this store, the shoes were priced significantly higher than the advertised price on DSW online and another brick and mortar DSW store as well. My advice when looking for mens shoes is to shop online or go somewhere else.

I asked for someone to measure my foot because I wasn’t sure about my shoe size. The female puts the tool down on the floor in front of me and walked away! Worst customer service I’ve had in a while!!

Not much wide size selection here. Employees not too willing to help you find anything. Also I know this is Florida, but people try on EVERYTHING barefoot. Take an extra minute and use the little foot stockings they provide.

It's a good shoe store with a large "selection" of shoes. I gave it a 4 star because they are often out of my size in the more popular shoes. I'm a womens 9 1/5 to 10, depending on the shoe.

Worst experience I have ever had at DSW. The girl behind the counter was very rude(Azzie). If you’re that unhappy I suggest you look for a different job..one that has nothing to do with customer service. Other than that I loved the store and all the other employees were amazing.

I found only one 60% off on the clearance rack. I had to literally disturb a conversation with two staff members talking as though I was not present. Who should say excuse me 3xs before being answered? Poor Customer Service skills, please retrain staff.
