On Sunday 5/1/22 at 4:30pm, I took my 4 year old son to your store specifically for ice cream as a treat for being good. I chose to go to racetrac because of how long it takes my son to make up his mind sometimes and didn't want to hold up a line. Upon arrival I found the toppings station basically empty and in need of a wipe down. When I asked if they could refill it they refused. I then asked if it was possible to get just a few gummy candy's and sprinkles brought out in a cup cause that's my son's favorite toppings. Again they refused. Next time I'll go up the road to diary queen or basken Robin's instead

Please go to the next gas station: and skip this Racetrac store. I had stop to go get gas and my daughter gave me her debit card bank card, and the amount was for 6 dollars" so when I went to pump it said decline I tried again thinking it could be I inserted the debit card wrong! So inserted the bank card again said declined. I went inside and tried again same thing. so I went ahead and used mine debit card for 6 dollars it went through. my daughter calls me twenty minutes later and tells me that racetrac over charged her 106 dollar and change. I had the recipe and went back to racetrac immediately! I explained it to her while I had my daughter on the speaker phone" she said it has been happening with othe Ppl,....so now my daughter has to wait for it to be refunded in three days.......smh" well I won't be stopping there ever again.

Great staff, clean store , clean bathrooms, affordable prices and great food choices.. Keto friendly!!! Many Gas option. And the gas there was good in my car! The staff was very friendly, knowledgeable, and caring too!! They took COVID PRECAUTION seriously.

The people who work at the cash register are ALWAYS super courteous and friendly - even when they're really busy with long lines. It's amazing! 😊

It's good. Was great when they first opened but I think like most places they are having issues with staffing. Has 87,91,93,e85, and diesel at the pumps.

Relatively a new store this RaceTrac has gone down the tubes. 6 weeks of complaints to staff about the leave room feature on the coffee get the same excuses. Keeps dispensing a extra cup leading to pulling another cup so I don't have to use the one with coffee flowing into it like a fountain. Your loss for wasted coffee and extra cups. Tonight again no sugar and staff alerted to this with shrugged shoulders as their response. Only care about pay and hell with customer satisfaction. Understocked shelves and staff who could care less is my last straw. My money is going elsewhere. When Missy managed it was a great store. Now staff do not support the mission statement they work under. Posting to all my media sites. Facebook, Instagram ect. You get the idea. Why not reach out and warn thousands to avoid your worthless excuse for a convenient store. Owner have you read all the negative reviews and you never replied with apologies. Seems like the staff do as they please. Unbelievable.

Last month E85 was $1.99. Then it soared to $3.17. It started to go down at $2.99 after Thanksgiving. Now take a look. I didn’t see the 3 and thought it went down to 2.77. Filled up at $88. I would have used regular at $3.27. Price gouging if you ask me.

Management is terrible. I stop to use the restroom (I even bought something to be polite) The water in the woman’s bathroom was apparently not working so it was closed, A female employee offered to let me use the empty men’s bathroom and she would even watch the door to make sure no man entered, but the male manager quickly put a stop to that. He very rudely explained I may not use the men’s bathroom. The women’s bathroom was down and there was nothing wrong with the men’s bathroom. There’s absolutely no reason for me not to be able to use it if it’s empty.

I stopped in here to get gas. I left my card at my house in St. Augustine but I had a friend take a picture of my card and send it to me. I then asked an employee named Vicky to run it manually she was incredibly rude in the way she told me I couldn’t do that and said there was no way to do that but I could talk to a manager if I wanted but it wouldn’t change anything. So I did talk to a manager (she also just screamed his name across the whole store, didn’t see why she couldn’t simply walk over there). I told the manager my situation and he tells me that it can be entered manually I just have to enter it myself- which is no big deal just my only way to access money was manually. So he helped me do so in front of Vicky. She didn’t apologize for her rude attitude towards me nor being wrong, thankfully I asked the manager.
