Nick and his team created the most incredible custom anniversary/wedding set for me and I couldn't be happier. The entire process was seamless and easy. Many years ago Nick's father designed and made my wedding set. Since then Creative Gems has been our jeweler both for new purchases and repairs. Every time I enter their store I'm greeted, by name, with a smile. I'm only in there about once a year and have actually accused them of having facial recognition cameras (they don't) because they remember my name, lol. When my most recent dog passed I took my urn necklace pendant to Nick to see if he could open it (I superglued the screw in shank) and add her ashes to the two already in there. He couldn't do it without damaging it. He custom made me a new perfect replica, inscribed all the names and designed it so he could open it in the future to add other beloved fur kids. The respect and care of my original urn and 3 baggies of ashes was over the top! My new urn pendant gets positive comments almost daily. I hope it'll be a long time before Nick has to reopen it, but I know he and the wonderful staff will be there when that time comes.

The women that work here are so personable and sensitive and kind that I found myself going back to the store to look at their beautiful jewelry and talk to them about Paul… they listened and helped me choose the most perfect ring for me to wear in remembrance of my love. Edward, in his genius and patience, crafted the most beautiful one of a kind engagement ring!! I was so taken aback with how it turned out!!! They also completed the order two weeks sooner than they had estimated. I can not say enough about how the whole team there feels like one big happy family!! I’m in Arkansas so I had a Zoom video call about my ideas and options for my rings. I had four different rings I wanted to combine to make a new wedding set. Every question was answered thoroughly. When I overnighted my existing rings, they called me the next day to let me know they had received them. My new rings are exactly what I wanted and envisioned! They are beautiful in every way and I could not be more happy with how they came out and my entire experience! They called to let me know when my new rings were being overnighted to me and I received them right on time. Everyone was a pleasure to deal with and I can not recommend Creative Gems enough!!
