Don’t waste your money here. I got a ring repaired and in exactly a year the ring broke again. I try to go back and let them know and they wanted to charge me again. This is after they told me the ring was fixed and I had nothing to worry about

Thank god for this watch repair shop! My Movado that is from the 80’s and gifted to me by my late grandfather stopped working. So, I did what the typical person would do that is not familiar with any watch repair shops…. Watch a DIY youtube video on changing the battery. After many attempts and several scratches later, I was able to remove the back plate and change the battery. Unfortunately, the battery wasn’t the issue and my watch was still broken. So, I googled watch repair shops near me and came across this shop in the mall. I met the shop manager who was very friendly and promised he could fix my watch in a few days. Dropped it off Sunday and a few hours later, I got a call that it was ready to go. Turns out the issue was with one of internal screws coming loose. Very honest individual, fair price, and timely turnaround. Definitely recommend this shop! And will be back in the future for any watch repairs and purchases. You earned a lifelong customer!

Went in for a Swiss watch band/battery repair and told the employee that if the “band can fit and if he can do it” and he responded with “of course” little did I went back he just changed the battery and said I had to get another band and paid 20$ for a simple battery replacement. Then went on saying he can give it to a technician for a band. Saying less I wouldn’t trust it and you can even haggle which shows me that the pricing is unjust.

Everything was very professional about the repair and they didn’t give me a bad price at all. They compare to other competitors as well and do price matches to make sure you get the best deal. I came in for a battery replacement and it only costed 20 dollars for a replacement which was done very professionally and they even gave me a 3 year warranty. Will be coming back with more watches!

Got quoted at 150$ to do a watch battery replacement and buffing. I was not going to do that so they eventually got down to 100$ after a couple in between offers. Dakota watch did the same job for 45$ and had the watch ready in an hour. This place wanted to keep it for multiple days.
