I'm done with Advance Auto. Placed order for in store pickup. Arrived to pick up and waited over a half hour to be told they don't have the parts. I'm not convinced they even looked. Went to Auto Zone and was out in under 5 minutes.

I came here around 2:40pm on a Friday (9/9/22) afternoon with primary purpose of buying a fuel system cleaner. Fortunately for me, it was right to the front when I walked in, which I thought was super ironic! I grabbed a bottle from the shelf and walked around just to browse. The store wasn’t busy at all. The store was fairly clean and organized. There were two staff working. My wait to check out was short and I have no complaints. My issue came with the price of the item. I got Techron complete fuel system cleaner. When it rang up, the price was $18.79 pre tax and $20.06 post tax. I was about to pay but then I stopped because that wasn’t the price I saw, which was like $10. So I go look at the shelf and see that it’s $10.79. I tell the cashier and she comes over. She points out that $10.79 was for the “smaller bottle”. At a glance, they all look the same size! There were 7 bottles across 4 shelves. The top two shelves said $10.79 and the bottom said $16.59. At a glance, all of the bottles look the same size. There was ONE bottle that was smaller than the rest. To add to the confusion, the tag/label doesn’t include the size…. To make matters worse, when I pointed out the difference in price ($16.59 vs $18.79), I was told the label wasn’t even the right price and that it needed to be changed -__- Needless to say, paid the $20.06. While the staff person was polite and apologized, the store needs to be sure the right prices are labeled and things are in the correct spot to prevent confusions and issues as such.

Couldn't get any assistance because the employees were busy in the back chatting. I couldn't see them but they were close enough that I could hear the conversation. I'll take my business elsewhere. Update.... I decided to go back after getting a response from the manager. They couldn't have been more helpful. Glad I gave them another try.

Good employees. Thanks for your hard work. (edit) A quick summery you have knowledgeable polite employees they work diligently and keep the lines moving. They are honest and provide both affordable and higher quality options when ordering and buying in store. I work for USPS and this is what's mostly important to me personally. I want to be able to go to a trusted individual to give me honest and accurate information. I get wipers when I need them, check my engine light and codes and a battery from time to time. I keep my work cars in good operating condition and when I need to random car part it's good to have a few places I can stop by on my way home from work. Weakness- unfortunately its unreasonable to ask for more registers but if it was on the table, I would go with that first. Second to that, some helping hands to keep the people working the register and not having to go outside to help customers. Though its nitpicking at this point. My wait in line was 8 minutes at most.

Went because my head light was out and thought I needed to replace it the sales associate came out in the cold rain to change it. The screws would come out when he finally got to the light he discovered I had a short and fixed that so the light stayed on. Just great service

From what I have seen and heard Anthony is an awesome manager! Most of the staff has been super friendly and helpful. This store goes over and beyond. I will definitely be in more often. Also Drew is the cutest, sweetest, and best!

My experience has been nothing but pleasant at this particular store. Anthony has helped me out several times with a headlight bulb change which other stores said they could not do.. also when I purchased a battery today they were short staffed and he was still able to install my battery for me in less than 30 minutes.. ppl need to realize that we are going through a pandemic right now and patience should be your only option and maybe things will get done for you in your favor!!.. I'll definitely shop here again!!
