Routinely does not have iced coffee up to the advertised time. When asked about it, the employees just explain they aren’t making anymore. I was there 2.5 hours before the end of advertised time.

The cashier was patient and helpful when his card machine would only take credit cards. He was very respectful, patient, professional and made the wait time not seem as long. I will definitely go there again when I'm on that side of town.

While me and my coworker travel through Southport going to Sandhills we go by Tom Thumb. I always have to grab a breakfast biscuit early in the morning. Those biscuits are a flaky bite of delight with the sausage, egg and cheese that truly please. And now they have gone and taken what was something wonderful from the start and kicked it up another notch by giving you two breakfast biscuits for 4 dollars a deal that I can't for some reason turn down. Not only is the food good here so is the customer service the ladies make you feel at home as soon as you walk in the store they greet you with a smile and the always say nice things when you leave makes you want to keep coming back. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars because they truly deserve it.

This convenience store is also a gas station. They have a thought wider variety of snacks and hot and cold drinks. I like coming here because the price of gas is really cheap. I also like the fact that they have public restrooms. The staff is very friendly. I like how they are helpful to get you in-and-out of the store quickly.

for gas stations a five-star place this will be for me. Although that is hard to say for gas station. One is because of the great service you always get to is the wonderful gas prices that you receive when you have one of their cards. And three the people behind the counter always laughing and joking around and having a good day. It just makes you really happy to there.

This is a pretty neat Tom thumb. Not only does it have the typical things you would expect such as gas lottery cards and cigarettes. It has a wonderful take out food service which includes pizza hot dogs sandwiches and even ice cream. It's just wonderful if you have the kids with you they enjoy it so much!

It’s a smaller Tom Thumb and they’re PACKED sometimes but the staff make up for it, they always do their best to get you in and out fast. They were one of the first gas stations to open right after hurricane Michael and did their best to help out and stay open as much as they could. They have a pretty good selection of items inside as well. Just wish they had a redbox at this location!

The store is always a mess. Most of the time they have no lids for the 44,oz drinks and I see 3-4 people who work there but 1 running the register and the rest are talking to each other. And why are the cashier's addressing there customers as sweetheart,honey and baby?? I thought Sir or Mam was how you addressed someone in the work place.
