Be careful with the service, the employee was not nice, I had to ask for explanations about why I was paying more, and they said was about an activation fee, but once I went back home and double check my account I find out I have an extra $10 monthly due to a phone insurance I did not ask for. Also they are not nice, probably bc we went there 45 mins before the store close, but it's not a reason to not be nice with clients. Very disappointed with the service

I don't know, but all I could say is that it took forever just to pay the phone bill. If I could i'd give it a negative star review but I can't. Bad service.

Horrible customer service. There's no self-serve machine or particular line or any accessibility for people That want to make a phone payment. They don't even acknowledge customers when they walk in.

Very poor customer service I walked into the store to buy a new phone one guy was busy showing people phones the other three employees was behind the glass doing nothing starring at there phones, they didn't even acknowledge me, they didn't even ask me, hey can I help you or nothing. This store just lost money due to lack of customer the twostwo guys and the lady should be fired..

Horrible. Ripped me off and then smerked about it. Took total advantage. Metros employee's girlfriend was watching Spanish soap operas all lounged out in waiting area so loud you could barely hear our sale. She was rude and mad I didn't take her seriously when I came in door and went to the guy wearing a metro shirt. Basically stood 60.00 from me for headset I didn't want but he lied and said it had 5 star reviews and people loved them. Also if I didn't like I could bring them back within 7 days. Lies lies lies and the head set is garbage. Cant hear anything. Awful pressure sale and no return when I took them back. And they laughed about it.

Customer Service received right when i walked in was wonderful. I called a couple hours later ocer the phone for help and all questions were answered. Strongly recommend this store

Very knowledgeable and friendly service being offered at this MetroPCS store. I went there with a family member and they treated her as if she was a celebrity and that has been the pattern that I've noticed with each customer that they encounter. Great customer service, nice selection of phones.

Just what you want from a phone store-straightforward, honest, and reasonable. No fuss at all. Bought phones and didn't get a line about needing to buy $20 accessories. Abdullah and company were great. Thumbs way up!
