These guys right here will lie to you in your face so you to buy a phone from them, horrible customer service and horrible management, you bring an unlock phone they say you can’t use I go to another store and it works these people right here are the worse I don’t recommend anyone going to this location. If I could give negative stars they got -100

When your phone is damaged and you do a claim with the insurance and you take it there once you receive the phone they still charge you $22 they the only store that charge you you want to sample they do not charge me anything because it included in the insurance and the guy there amme he is very rude and do not want to help you with anything want to just get paid not doing nothing

This place deserves Zero stars but it wouldn't post unless I put at least one. The sales person Mike, if that was his real name, was extremely rude. He told me I wasn't able to buy a new phone even if I paid full price unless I got a new phone number. When I questioned him he was very nasty to me on front of other customers. I went to another metro and they were more than happy to sell me a phone and I didn't have to change my number. I would never step into this store again. If all of the salespeopsal are like Mike than buyer beware. You dontd want to get scammed.

I’m here now and had to leave a review before leaving. Jonathan was definitely amazing, helpful and provided excellent customer service. Wonderful location and we will definitely return! Thank you for making us feel welcome and valued as customers. Awesome!

They have the worst customer service I have experienced I even changed of carrier because of how poorly I was treated. Metro needs to step up and take this store down cause it only makes the company look bad. They ripped me off and charged me extra fees without telling me. STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE go to a corporate store instead.

Tried to call this store numerous times to no avail. It was 530 in the afternoon and they were suppose to be open until 7pm. How can you do business when you don't answer your phone to talk to prospective customers?

I went to the store to buy two phones. I received the worse service ever! At first when I came in the greeting was awful, but I always like to give people the benefit of doubt. I regret doing that, I should of walked out. When I got the phones I was charged and the phones were not set up properly (no internet). The man that was helping me said I had to call metro to get help.I have bought phones previously and never been told that, they set up the phones, transfer any information I have on my old phone, and let me check if I am happy with it. I could of saved a lot of time and aggravation. Pick another location to purchase there are so many more to choose from.
