Hands down the absolute worst auto center I’ve ever been to. Lousy customer service and lazy. I dropped my car off for a rotation and balance on Sunday morning around 8 am. I bought the lifetime balance and rotation service when I got my tires about a year ago. This store couldn’t find record of it anywhere and was perfectly fine charging me. Fast forward 3 hours and I hadn’t gotten a call so I called them. Come to find out my car was never serviced. They allegedly don’t have the lift they need to do my rotation on a 2012 Odyssey yet they still took my car in?? I was informed some was “supposed to call me.” Had I not called them myself, who knows when I would have been contacted? If you need to use a Walmart Auto Center and you are close to this one, save yourself the trouble and go to the auto center in Hudson, FL. Service: Auto maintenance

They had me here since 8am, and said it would take 45 mins. It’s now 11:45 and my cars not even in the shop yet. This particular location has a really slow tech that barely a speaks English and looks confused about the machinery. The job quality is there for certain things; but avoid going here for the lower price!!! Definitely not worth it Service: Tire rotations

verbally abusive to women!!!!!! Was at walmart for an oil change. i waited for my car. i asked the guy behind the counter if my car was ready, he said no. so i waited. came back and there was another guy behind the counter i asked him if my car was ready. held out my bar code, he did not scan it nor did he as me my name. i looked out the door to see where my car was and i did not see it. i asked the guy behind the counter where my car is. he got angry and shouted at me "I TOLD YOU YOUR CAR IS NOT READY!" the guy from the garage came in and i asked him how much more time on my car? he said "it is ready". reached down behind the counter and slammed down the paperwork in front of both of the guys behind the counter stating, "it's been ready for 45 minutes." then the guy behind the counter said "are you Aubrey?" i told him that is not my name. he shouted at me, "I HAVE BEEN PAGING YOU OVER HEAD. IS THIS YOUR CAR?" i explained to him that my name is not Aubrey. so why would i answer to someone else's name? then the other guy stated shouting at me, "WHAT IS YOUR PROBLEM! IS THIS YOUR CAR!!!!!!!" I felt so embarrassed. and abused. like i was a problem just being there. Service: Auto maintenance

Went for an oil change. Waited at lane for 15 min watching employees talk and drink soda. Went in waited 10 minutes while 1 counter employee finished with a customer. Informed him I needed oil change and he walked me out to service area garage talked to someone and asked me to wait someone will be right with me . Waited 10 more minutes and watched people standing around then went somewhere elsewhere. Ridiculous place. Now I know why I never went there before

I guess the name should say it. Don't go here for tires or care care. They take forever, rude no call saying car was finished. Need to do better.

Very professional I got four brand new tires Black Friday for $270. Employees were please to give any information I needed. And it didn't take all that long.

I just moved here new to Pasco County trying to get familiar with the area. Customer Service over the phone was courteous and honest. I had made 2 calls. 1st call was about an oil change , spoke to a gentleman whom was very kind. He said "you did not have to make an appointment, but did depend on business " you can't be anymore honest than that. 2nd time called about coils to see if they replaced them. This call spoke with a lady and again she was very kind and said "no they did not" again honest. Although did not get service at the time for these 2 calls, the customer service on the phone was pleasant to reassure will in the future for my vehicle and other needs.:)
