Best auto repair shop in Port Richey, Florida (FL) 2024

Hands down the absolute worst auto center I’ve ever been to. Lousy customer service and lazy. I dropped my car off for a rotation and balance on Sunday morning around 8 am. I bought the lifetime balance and rotation service when I got my tires about a year ago. This store couldn’t find record of it anywhere and was perfectly fine charging me. Fast forward 3 hours and I hadn’t gotten a call so I called them. Come to find out my car was never serviced. They allegedly don’t have the lift they need to do my rotation on a 2012 Odyssey yet they still took my car in?? I was informed some was “supposed to call me.” Had I not called them myself, who knows when I would have been contacted? If you need to use a Walmart Auto Center and you are close to this one, save yourself the trouble and go to the auto center in Hudson, FL. Service: Auto maintenance ~Iris
