Sending blessings to the staff. This was probably the best Wendy’s I’ve had since I was a child. The lady who took my order is definitely blessed. The only thing keeping me from leaving five is I can taste the ice a bit but that’s a little bit of everywhere. At least they got the lemonade right. Thank you.

Waited for over 45 minutes for a drive-through order to be brought to the car. Used the receipt to give feedback and never heard back from management or corporate or anybody....This particular Wendy's restaurant has a history of being subpar and I would not recommend visiting it.

Good food but encountered an off-duty police officer (customer) who is also a Militia member! (Wendy's is popular with officers) Didn't feel she.

Eating my salad yesterday 8/10/22 and find this metal foreign object in my Salad!!! I almost ate this! My father was a GM for Wendy's for over 25years! Turns out this is a washer from a Frosty Machine!!!! Be aware.

Went through drivethru today. Service was excellent, burger was hot and juice and fries were hot and delicious! They even had each meal in individual bags and she told us which meal was in each bag. So we didn’t have to play the open sand which game to see who’s good was who’s. Staff today was great.

Dang Wendy's - shots fired 😂 but no lies told her. I LOVE your breakfast! You're my favorite, but the strawberry frosty lacks that strawberry flavor and on this particular visit the fries were oily and not super tasty. I know it was just a slip, so I still love ya!

Not sure what’s going on in Sanford but seems like there’s a problem with fast food restaurants. Went to this Wendy’s twice within a couple weeks of each other and both times there was a reason why they can’t take any orders. Both times, pulling up to the drive through and both times…”Welcome to Wendy’s but (fill in the blank), we aren’t taking any orders. 🤷🏻♂️

This restaurant chain has an extreme tendency to have problems with the Dine-In Lobby Kiosks and try to force people to their Drive-Thru side of the business to accommodate lazy employees who can't keep up with making easy sandwiches that children could make (not supporting child labor). A lot of these fast food chains just want Debit / Credit card transactions to play a part of a bigger scheme of things... that doesn't benefit people... It's a shame people still haven't realized how important it is NOT to allow all electronic transactions to dominate business as far as purchase necessities and living every day life...

I usually order a 4 for $4 Chicken Sandwich with cheese, medium size combo with a Vanilla Frosty. It comes with 4 chicken nuggets. Instead they give me a chocolate Frosty and no Nuggets. I would love to double back and ask to fix it but reviews and pictures are more affective.

Very nice Wendy’s restaurant. It’s been upgraded here. It’s has the soda machine. Decorations and seatings are all new. They even have couches with a coffee table in the middle. Food is nice and hot as usual. Staff are friendly. It’s a good place to catch a bite here.
