Wonderful everything for every child any age any size all kinds of wonder's and toys and shoes they can be ready for every occasion everywhere they call their happy and excited to take on any adventure fully dressed with wonderful looking clothing and they are excited to wear it and there are happy and a very low cost every piece of clothes and wonderful condition makes our family happy our children happy and our budget happy highly recommended for every family especially if kids wear clothes and 2 months later don't fit clothing for every different activity and if it gets ruined or stained it's okay you can go back and buy some more for wonderful incredible prices 🙏💕

Literally the worst customer service. I had bought a large item and it didn't fit in my car. (My mistake) so when I went to return it. The young girl didn't even want to help me. Saying " It's gonna take me 5 million years" Are you kidding!? The only reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1, is because of the ONE lady that was actually friendly to me. It's sad because I was so eager to come and browse here for my babies, but after the way I was treated, I wouldn't dare. I hope they get friendlier people in there. 😔

If I could leave a zero I absolutely would, I agree with most of the reviews I see here. The CUSTOMER SERVICE IS DISGUSTING! Those girls are NOT at welcoming or inviting. I gave it a try for the second time recently and it’s no better! No manners, no explanations on how things work when you ask, no eye contact, barely even look at you when they speak. I would rather of paid full price, honestly. They literally need training.

Great store with beautiful baby/toddler/children clothes and baby gears. The only thing that I don’t really like is that every time I bring in something to sell they always pick on it saying it’s faded or stained etc… when they themselves sell faded or sometimes even stained items. This is almost like an insult because I always make sure that the clothes are washed and nicely folded when I bring it to them. I also keep the baby gears in good shape and clean them frequently before I would even sell it. Overall, I had a great experience shopping there.

I have been shopping and selling here for almost 10 years since my daughter was born. This is such a great concept for children’s clothing as we all know that they grow so fast. The staff is always very nice and have great customer service. I love trading in our kids clothing and then being able to let them go shopping for their new to them clothes. So glad that they were able to upgrade to a larger location!!!

Whether you are a thrifter or just cleaning out your kids' closet, this is the place for you. I like the fact that the clothing is sorted by size and color. Sometimes I am just looking for something to match what my kid already has. This store makes it easy to find things.

Omg. The best place ever for children’s clothing! Why EVER (well there are some exceptions) buy brand new clothing for high prices when you can have gently pre-loved clothing from OUAC? It was an obsession of mine my whole pregnancy and planned out his first year of wardrobe under my budget! Everyone is helpful and friendly! 5 stars for sure! Here is a small section of my wardrobe for my baby boy!

The worst customer service ever! This place should be shut down; rude and unknowledgeable staff. I went to this location twice and encountered a problem each time. This first encounter was to sell a bigger than usual item to the store. I called to get an idea of a ballpark price for the item before I drove to the store just to make sure the hassle of putting the item in my vehicle and driving the distance was worth it. I was given a price of $60 over the phone. I then went to the store and was told I would receive in the ballpark of $70-$75 but it would take about two hours to process and it will be completed by 4:15pm. At 4:45, I finally received a notification that the quote was processed and I can return back to the store. Upon arriving, the new “quote” went to $36! What a huge difference and rip off! No one was helpful in why there was such a difference! All the staff including the manager Janet was extremely rude! The manager gave me $10 “baby bucks" to use in the store. The store was about to close and at this point I knew she wanted to rush me out of the store. She never apologized for all the inconsistent information from her staff. The following week I returned with my son so he can choose what he wanted to buy with the $10. He picked out two toys. I then went to pay using the $10and also wanted to utilize my teacher discount (according to their website, teachers receive a 15% discount). NO STAFF knew about this! Including the “manager” aka “owner!” None of the staff knew what they were doing or how to even to apply the discount. The “manager” then got upset and started telling me she does not want my business and she will not sell the two items to me and my child. Really, you don’t want my business? How is this my fault you nor your staff isn’t trained properly? I calmly showed her their webpage and asked her if you falsely advertise to fool people? This place is horrible! Poor management and poor customer service! It is not worth saving the $1 or $2 from purchasing new items!

I had a great experience selling and buying my child's clothing. They bought almost everything, wish they could give more but I understand they need profit also. It is better than throwing clothes in perfect condition to the landfill and sometimes you donate but places are already full and will throw it anyway. I shopped a lot of stuff, overall everything was in good condition and even stuff with tags in it still. Expect to be there an hour while they look through and you can shop around during that time. The only bummer is the pair of clothing they didn't bought because it looked color fainted but I still saw worse products there but not gonna say all of them cause the majority are in pretty good shape. Funny to see how many fisher price toys and bassinets are there, still people decide to buy a new one, it's a waste of money , just buy them there or try to negotiate.
