I have been using paradise since moving to Florida almost 4 years ago. This last visit the windshield was still dirty and the trunk lid still had bird droppings on it after the wash and I returned the next day and expressed my concerns and they rewashed the car and I still have a dirty windshield and a dirty trunk lid. I have always been very happy with their service but I will be looking for a new car wash now.

Beyond disappointed in my car wash today. They didn’t clean the front of my car ONE BIT! I then asked why and they said they don’t touch it unless you pay a 4$ up charge? Why would that not be included when you pay for the more expensive wash? I am also disappointed because my interior also was not fully cleaned. I spilled coffee prior to the car wash and the coffee marks and dirt were still there! I wish I did not tip before seeing the way my car looked. Also came out with lots of scratched that I DID NOT have before. Please don’t waste your time and money coming here! I will not be returning.

This used to be my go-to car wash, but will never return. Just had my car washed, paid for the most expensive wash, and left with dirty spots all over my car. They didn't even vacuum my car. As I went to complain, the manager inside was on the phone with a customer who was telling her that money was missing from their vehicle - a car that had just been cleaned there. I'm not sure what has happened, but the quality of service has significantly declined, there is no attention to detail, and the employees are walking around looking for direction. Find another local car wash - this one needs to get back to what they once were. Service: Auto detailing

I love this place. I take my boss’s car here almost every week and they clean the inside and out so well. The guy who works at the first part where you leave your car is SO helpful. He’s been there every time I bring the car in. In fact today, a crazy woman started yelling at him and calling him and I both names and he handled it so well. She even spat at me. He politely asked her to drive through because she was causing problems and she still continued to scream at us both because we weren’t going “fast enough.” He is a hard worker and has always taken good care of all his customers. He handled the situation with professionalism and respect. This makes me want to give them my business more! The girls at the desk inside are always so nice to me as well. Everyone here works so hard and I appreciate them all.

The staff are nice but at $23.00 OTD, it's quite expensive for it not to be absolutely top notch. Each time I've been here, I find streaks and smears on the interior glass, and they're not getting the water out of the exterior mirrors and panels. At this price, it should be washed by hand with mitts, not an automatic car wash which scratches the paint with repeated use. I say this having returned from living 22 years in a major city where the cost of living is double, but a hand-mitt car wash is $15.

Unfortunately Paradise has gotten more expensive and their service has deteriorated. I've been coming since the day it opened and the last 3 times (and the same experience with my friend's car) they just don't get it right. Wheels dirty, sand in the carpet, trunk not touched and glass smeared. Will not be paying $30+ dollars for this any longer. Sorry Paradise is no more.

The Paradise Car Wash “lease turn in” leaves much to be desired. At 119.00, I would expect at least that, a turn-in-ready vehicle that wouldn’t need to be touched. Wheels still dirty. “Hard water” stains on paint that apparently were impossible to get off without a full acid bath, polish and waxing. I paid an additional fee for a headlight that has started to haze up, that wasn’t fully cleaned off and made clear. They called us after 45 minutes and said they were almost done and I knew almost immediately that I was going to be looking at a half-done job. Unfortunately I was correct. You don’t get a fully detailed vehicle in 45 minutes. When I brought this information to the woman at the desk, she told me that l paid for the exterior wax and interior conditioning with tire dressing. I’m guessing they need to change the name to “almost lease turn in ready” Is this a Florida thing? This is the second car wash I’ve been to here where getting a fully detailed and squeaky clean car costs more than a car payment and anything lesser in price is MUCH LESS OF A WELL DONE JOB. As I write this, I have now been sitting for an additional 25 minutes… guys are just wiping the car down slower, I suppose to show me they’re taking extra special care with the microfibre cloths? The photos I’ve provided were AFTER I went over the car for 5 more minutes with the guys and pointed out spot after spot where they’d so obviously missed. These were the not-so-obvious ones. I won’t dispute this with my cc company. I won’t be going back either, if you know what’s good for you, you’ll also not go there. May I suggest if you do decide on a full and actual detail, try out ProShine Detailing. If gladly pay that dude 400.00 for the service he does.

I use this car wash all time and always rave about it. In fact, today I brought my coworker with me to get an ultimate paradise wash with me. When I came back to work, I noticed this huge crack in my windshield. I have had my new car for 3 months and have had no prior crack. I called about this issue to management and was not offered a refund or any help. Be careful if you come here this may happen to you! Service: Auto detailing

Fast, friendly, and they always do a good job. Even when they're extremely busy they still get you through pretty fast. Best value you can get below actually hiring someone to come wash your car. Location is also very convenient. We had a huge amount of love bugs and mosquitos stuck to the front of our truck from traveling across the state and they did a great job getting them off. Happy with the result and would go again.
