Sort of rundown store. Cashier was super nice but ridiculously small selection inside the store. I’ve seen vending machines bigger.

I just pulled out of the parking lot but I had to write a review about the lady working today. Her customer service is unmatched. She was super friendly and kind. Service was just amazing 👏.

i seen the reviews with people mad at the staff it most likely true but i just go there to get food and stuff and i never went to the bathroom like what do you expect a freaking 5 star hotel walk in bathroom with 5 shower heads and changeable lights

I’ve had to stop here a few times in the past two weeks and was met with rude service both times. The young blonde man is not friendly. Do not come to this store anywhere near closing time. Twice they have locked the doors before close. Once was ten minutes before close, while the lady sat there ignoring customers and counting down her drawer, and another time was maybe 5 minutes before but the lights at the gas pumps were off. The woman with the pink hair closed the store ten minutes early and the young man with blonde hair shut the lights off. Very inconvenient and I try my best not to stop here. I hope you both enjoyed your early close nights and hope you totally get in trouble over it. :)

Prepaid inside and went to pump my gas. The power went out on my pump. I went inside to ask what to do next and if we can reload on a different pump. They said no, and that's what I get for deciding to pump while it was raining. I said I didn't want to make a scene and the attendant yelled at me that I'm not making a scene. I understand they weren't in a position to help me but there's a right way and a wrong way to treat someone.

I've been to this gas station several times over the years and I always stop here when I visit my family in Jacksonville. After hours of driving, I always stop and I'm never dissatisfied. The customer service is great and the restroom are always so clean! And not to mention they have a great selection of coffee and creamers! Its also very easy for me to get on and off the interstate.

To the young African American woman that was working there today at 4:20pm on Christmas Eve. I am the Hispanic American that went into your store today and was treated horribly. I went in there to grab a few snacks for my family. As I was there I needed some ice. As I headed to the ice machine I asked the clerk where the ice button was in which she proceeded to yell over me that there's a clear level that I need to pull down. The clear small level that I saw only released water so I kindly asked her if she could help me out in which she came over and hesited loudly and then screamed the words " O MY GOD!" at this moment I was in disbelief that I was making her this angry. She comes over and violently presses on the clear button hard until ice is released. She kept doing this violently. In which I giggled and said "o that's where it's at" she rolled her eyes at me and walked to the counter. I reminded her that I was a customer there and that she needed to show me respect and not be ugly to me for asking for help. She replied loudly " I wasn't being ugly!" In which I said "yes you were" in which she ended up rolling her eyes at me. I asked to speak with her manager in which she replied "she's not here." There was a man standing over me that asked a question in which she responded to. I though she was speaking to me. She loudly snaps at me and yells I WASNT TALKKNG TO YOU!" I quickly payed her and told her I was going to contact her manager and tell her how ugly she was being as I walked out the door. In which she replies " YOU GO DO THAT AND HAVE A NICE DAY!" My boyfriend later went in there to ask her to give him his managers information. She also treated him horribly. The person that owns this shell either needs to fire this woman or re train her.
