I have been dealing with WellsFargo for a long time, have multiple business and personal accounts. They use to be my top choice. But lately they have been having the worst customer service in the location. Walked in to open a new account for our new business in town. No one was there greeting you, or ask what I am here for. After waiting for over 45 minutes, finally a banker came in to me and when I told her I am here to open a new business account, she said sorry we are fully booked today. With totally disrespect to my wasted time, someone could have said that instead of wasting my morning. Other bank was able to help and earn my business in the same day. Thank you

I've always had pleasant experiences at Wells Fargo. Every branch has been great. There are times that the ATMs are not in service, but that's about it. Thank you!

Terrible customer service. Andrew was very disrespectful and was not helpful whatsoever. His inability to help customers put a very bad taste in my mouth about banking with Wells Fargo. Tellers were very helpful.

I will be closing all my accounts with this bank. I came here two days ago and took cash out using my ID and bank account number. The exact same attendant Yaya refused to let me withdraw my money from my account despite my giving her 3 forms of photo ID and giving her my bank account number this morning. I should be able to access my account and my money without having my debit card on me. It's clearly me. I have my social security card and birth certificate with me. I gave her my social number. What is the point of a bank if I can't get to my money? I will not be quiet about this. My platform is small but I will use it to make it clear this bank wouldn't let a single mom access her own money. I wish you the same stress you have caused me. Good day.

Terrible branch. Unwilling to help and they themselves are unfamiliar with their own banks rules and protocols. The branch on West Tharpe helped me quickly and with kindness, but this branch I felt like I was dealing with uncaring robots. Never going to this branch again.

Simply said they handle a simple transaction (that affects my business) & took care of it swiftly. Thank you for reliving some of the anxiety that accompanies me to the bank. 👍

After over five years of getting change at this branch I was told today that since I don’t have a business account they can’t do it. Hancock Whitney just told me it doesn’t matter as long as you have an account. They also seem to have new tellers every few months. The turnover alone should say there’s something wrong with this branch. I worked for two different branches here in Tallahassee and I will tell you it was one of the worst experiences in my professional life. Stay away!

Had a horrific experience with the bank causing me to have negative interactions with my business entities. I was bombarded with opinions and speculations and when I requested written policies to validate their explanations (theories) they either had none or simply would not produce them....WHAT A FRUSTRATED 40 MINUTES TO AN HOUR WASTE OF MY TIME WITH NO RESOLUTION. I had to visit another location the next day to get some of my questions answered and better Customer Service. The Mgr at this Bank is not very informed, when he disputed some facts i could prove to him. Thx?

Defitinitely my favorite Wells Fargo to go to in town. They are always friendly and will greet you the moment you walk in the doors. Most of the time I am first or second in line. Sometimes it gets busy, but lets be honest that is every bank. Patience is a virtue.
