Managment waters down Mustard and Chili confirmed by staff. Condiments are not readily available you must ask for them. Buns for hot dogs are old and completely dried out every-time. Limited supply of ready made food including hotdogs during lunch hours.

This used to be a great store now its just dirty. The floor is disgusting the shelves and counters are sticky and empty. If want to get hot food don't bother if they even have any up it's old it's hard and they're trying to hide this by not having any time codes on anything.

Me and my family been going to this gas station since it was built next to our property. Never recommend going there employees are disrespectful, poorest management I've ever seen and poor customer service. Every time I go to use the bathroom it's disgusting toilets not clean poop everywhere. food always cold Im latino and every-time I walk in there I get rude attitude employees look at me with nasty faces. Never in my life have I experienced worst behavior from employees, there always hostile And belligerent towards me and my family and it's extremely sad because we go there everyday to get treated like dogs only person there that appreciate and takes care of me and my family well is Mrs. Julie

Great store! Too bad Google maps takes you to the middle of a highway in Eustis when you type 2153 sr 19 or 2153 fl 19 which is where this store is located, routing customers to the middle of nowhere instead of to the store! I've tried to edit this but Google can't verify my edits to correct it.

I stopped there about 9:45 am for a hot coffee. Of the four coffee pots available three were completely empty. The fourth pot was almost totally empty. This is the third time I stopped at this location when there was no hot coffee available. Otherwise, it is a very clean location with nice employees.

Went there to cash in my Lotto scratch off coupons. Jesus attempted to scan the coupons from my phone and could not get it. I went home and printed coupons and drove back up. The coupons had the instructions to the retailer. Jesus tried again but could not get it. He was very rude! Throwing his hands up in the air multiple times in frustration. The store was not busy. I left upset regarding his rudeness! He never greeted me, apologized or tell me to have a nice evening! I went next door to Circle K. Was greeted with a very nice lady. She scanned the coupons and it worked immediately. She even said good luck! How can 7 Eleven hire someone that has no public skills or kindness. Come on 7 Eleven, the person at the counter represents your brand. I will not go back. Sad, it is a brand new 7 Eleven. Come to think of it, he was scanning the coupon with the handheld scanner used for store merchandise. Shouldn't he have scanned it from the Lotto machine where you would scan a winning scratch off ticket? Maybe that was the issue (beside being rude). He did not take the time to review the instructions on the coupon. I felt like I was bothering him.

For a new store customer service is horrible. I understand its busy but as customer bringing my money in I should be treated little better. Felt like I was bothering them. Black lady was extremely rude. Will never go back there again. I can get gas and my needs next door Shell.
