Was just looking around for a storage..to transfer my stuff from another storage and had no intentions on making a decision today however, once I met Jaqueline I knew this was the place for me, for my stuff rather. To some it might not be important who manages the storage, for me it is important since this is one of the reasons I’m changing storage. Management at my current storage can care less about the condition of the place and what goes on. The place is dirty, half the time the air conditioner is off and is very hot, they are rude and don’t care if anyone takes residence in their storage. Jaqueline was a breath of fresh air with excellent customer service which is very hard to find anywhere nowadays, funny and pleasant, she truly cares about her customers and it’s amazing at what she does and I am happy my boyfriend took me there. Cubesmart at Weston should be so proud to have her in their team and I hope they value her as the great asset she truly is.
