Fabulous store! I'm greeted by associates. Taken care of at the service departments. The cashiers and baggers are just lovely... Especially the young ones. They're so helpful! I've never had a bad thing to say about my Publix... Thank you!

Fantastic service with the bakery! Was able to order a special cake quickly and no issues! The staff was nice and friendly and their cake tasted awesome! 10/10

Everyone working here is usually super nice and helpful which is something you can’t find at any other store. I’ve never had an issue here. I love this Publix.

As always the store was clean and free if any clutter in the aisles plus there was, again as always, plenty of products and produce available throughout. Great service and there are members of staff available and happy to assist if so required.

I had a catering for a birthday party. The deli manager and her team did a great job. Also want to mention the bakery team made a beautiful birthday cake exactly the way I ordered it . Everything was on time and exactly the way I ordered it. Highly recommended.

I understand now that the deli closes must be at 7 we were in a few minutes after and standing behind a customer being waited on she left and the employee shut the lights off on the hot food and never said a word to us and the guy working the subs where my son was standing wanting to order never looked up. We were never acknowledged by either associate. I am pretty sure that is the last time I come to that rude store. A simple sorry we are closing would have gone a long way. However lack of manners and customer service gets a thumbs down.

I like this Publix. The employees are, of course, very friendly. That's what they do. But some of the Publix that I have visited in the area lately, are fake friendly. They seem forced and fake. The Publix on Sr 27 in Lake Wales seems that way. They seem to be smiling in your face, but your glad that they are wearing masks! But this Publix seems genuine to me. Young and old and of every color. It does my heart good seeing an All American business acting as All Americans should. Good Job Winter Haven Publix. The example you set has not gone unnoticed.
