QuikTrip is going downhill in the last year especially due to the Mayfield issues anything up Georgia 400 it seems like Mayfield just doesn't give a darn about you can't find Mayfield sweet tea may feel chocolate milk almost always out and so then you look for other QuikTrip products here's the big issue.... SWEET TEA IF YOU WANT SWEET TEA GO TO RACETRAC BECAUSE WHAT QUIKTRIP DOES ESPECIALLY AT MCFARLAND IS PUT ONE BAG IN THERE AND MAKES FIVE OR 10 GALLONS OF TEA SO WHEN YOU GET IT IT LOOKS LIKE BARELY I MEAN BARELY BROWN WATER IT TASTES LIKE NOTHING BUT NOT SWEETENED ENOUGH BROWN WATER IT'S AWFUL AND NO MATTER HOW MANY TIMES YOU TALK TO THE MANAGER THEY SAY THAT'S WHAT CORPORATE TELLS US ONE BAG AND YOU CAN GO DOWN TWO EXIT TO THE NEXT ONE AND IT'S DARK BROWN TEA LIKE IT'S SUPPOSED TO BE SO APPARENTLY TONIGHT'S GOT THEIR WIRES CROSSED.. So after probably 15 years I guess of being a quick trip customer I have defected to racetrack the pizza is better the sweet tea is better who cares about Mayfield they don't show up anyway and the cigarettes don't cost $8 a pack which is absolutely ridiculous.I don't care QuikTrip CEO doesn't smoke why make me pay $8 when they are 550 across the street.. BUT HEY GUESS WHAT I THINK I FEEL VALID IN MY THINKING BECAUSE A LOT OF THE PEOPLE I DID SEE AT QUIKTRIP I NOW SEE AT RACETRACK

I like buying my milkshakes from QuickTrip but this trip I felt like I was cheated and this Quicktrip had no toppings. It took a minute for the young lady to fix the order when she finished she looked at the cup look at me and gave it to me. It would have been nice if she could have filled up.

Had 1 staff member work was.refused service after doing business with qt for 10 years plus iv been turned today by the presentation displayed at this location. Will never return here....period

I wish there was a minus stars on rating. Sadly this location is sad to go in now, before there was a tall guy that would greet you with such a positive attitude now your food is not prepared well and to add the cherry on top the clerk handed me the bag for me to put the items I was purchasing in! definitely not coming back. Customer service is thumbs down.

I think all the employees that come to the store should be fully trained on when to sell alcohol. Because sometimes I come in and it's available at 6:00 but others I come in it's available at 6:30 a.m. . And if I want to drink I should be able to drink when allowed because on the website it says it's open at 6:00 a.m. so refusing to sell me alcohol at 602 a.m. makes me frustrated. That's why you guys are getting three stars. Do better.

It has come to my attention that one of their employees recently tested positive for covid-19. And instead of this location shutting down a week or 2 in order to properly disinfect and/or allowing the other employees to get tested they are putting money over health and keeping the store open and telling the other employees to wait for a phone call, the employees don't even know what the phone call is for. On top of that the people in charge don't even have the decency to let their customers know that they may have been in contact with someone in the store that tested positive for covid-19. I get that some people may not take this serious but there are plenty of people that are taking the coronavirus seriously and everyone regardless of their stance on it deserves to know when they've been in contact with someone that tested positive for covid-19 so they can take the necessary steps and get themselves tested. I understand not releasing the name of the individual that tested positive for covid-19 but to put other employees and customers at risk all for money and to keep the reputation of "never closing" is ridiculous. Allow the cards to work at the pump like other stores do, shut down the store, get rid of everything, thoroughly disinfect, restock, and put your customers and employees first over money.

I got gas here a few weeks ago and today I see a $100 charge on my credit card that was made yesterday. Beware! Don’t get gas here unless you want your credit card info stolen.

My favorite gas station in Austell. Staff is always friendly, bathrooms are clean. I really like that you can order food too! It's a great place for ice cream and milkshakes!
