Unexpected manner with store manager. bought two tshirt. At that time, the receipt contained details different from price displayed in the store. I mentioned it the stuff, if i want to exchange t-shirts later, is that okay? Because i was not sure i really like it or not yet. She sail Yes. The next day, I asked and explained the manager the error in the recipt and to exchange the product. However, I was told that it was impossible to exchange because the dale was different. When I asked him his name and contact corporation. he didn't say his name. I was told they didn't even know the corporate phone number. Not listing customers, hiding his employees mistake instead of fixing it.

The staff was super helpful and greeted me upon entry. The lady at the register alerted me to a sale I was close to getting if I got one more item. She waited for me to go back and grab it too! Super helpful, very nicely stocked and the store setup looked great. Overall, excellent experience.

I have been shopping at this Rue 21 for some years now and always had a good experience but today I went in there to shop with my son and I ask the black lady with the braids ( I am not sure if she is the manager or assistant manager) if someone can unlock the dressing room for us and she snapped at me in front of a store full of people. She need some customer service training. I understand working long hours and being tired but snapping at the customer for asking a simple question is unacceptable

My neighborhood rue! I love the sales and the owner is such a kind woman. Each time I go in I always find more than enough goodies to make me happy! I probably have about 30 of their matte lip colors, some I bought 2 of cause I loved the color and use them often! If you're looking for a cute or trendy gift, head over to see them. They always have a good deal waiting on me❤

I have been shopping here, with my daughter for a long time.This mother's day weekend we brought matching shirts. My shirt was fine but my daughter shirt had stains and holes. So I took it back to exchange it, this black lady who suppose to be manager. Got ugly with me accusing my daughter of wearing it multiple times.disregarded my complaints and didn't allow me to exchange the shirt. After comparing me to black women. Yes I'm a black woman but to assume you know me lol wow. Black women aren't alike most of us have class.
