Honestly really disappointed with this company and the customer service. I originally placed an order speaking to someone online and asked many questions regarding the product I was purchasing. Not only was I guaranteed that the product I was ordering was completely sealed and had no hole in the lid I was purchasing, I was also guaranteed a full refund if these lids do not fit my product. I opened one case of 1,000 lids and touched 1 single lid to ensure these fit my product. I then placed this lid back in the box. Meanwhile the other 999 other lids were UNTOUCHED. Well shocker, these did not fit. After speaking with someone from the company and explaining what happened I asked if I could return and get my refund they then proceeded to tell me I did not need a tracking slip to return my products, but to simply take this to FedEx and that I was “all set”. I had to pay $60 out of my own pocket just to ship this back to the company. Today I received a “partial refund” from only 1 case of unopened boxes and the shipping that I paid to originally ship these to my business. After speaking with the supervisor I am completely disappointed in the conversation. Do better. Educate your team members and do not make guarantees that you are not willing to keep. I won’t be recommending or a returning customer from this company again.

We were extremely excited about our new custom cups. There were bumps in the road with this company and up charges at every turn, but the designers were nice so we stayed the course. The hot cups were late coming in and need a sleeve to prevent burned fingers- a question that was specifically asked before placing the order. When management was called to discuss the need for a sleeve over the new custom cups the first option from the company was CYA. There was no discussion of what could be done to rectify the issue. Poor business ethics and a poor product.

We couldn't be happier with our clear logo cups for iced drinks! Customer service was very helpful and patient with us in getting our logo just perfect. We also ordered strawless lids and dome lids that fit our 12 & 16 oz cups snuggly. We will definitely be ordering from YBC again. Thanks!!

We love our products from Your Brand Cafe! We get a single color round logo on their 20oz cups and they are great quality. We are a small shop up in NH and visitors frequently ask us where we get our cups! Always happy to refer other entrepreneurs to this company in their endeavors. I'm going to preface this by saying that I am well aware that every production industry is crunched right now. I feel it with many vendors. That being said, my custom cups that were on a 4 week lead time, crept into 10 weeks. I called weekly at weeks 7, 8 and 9 finally requesting that they please expedite shipping in order for me to receive them for an event today. I was told they would, but they didn't. They shipped out Tuesday via FedEx Ground, and FedEx sat on the shipment and it didn't move until Friday. That being said, the cups that were supposed to reach me by Saturday are not arriving until today. A day late for my event and 6 weeks late from their stated lead times. I emailed them immediately Tuesday when I saw that the shipment was not expedited and received no response. I get that they are probably understaffed. I get that they had some machinery down. But the one thing they could have done to make it right - to provide me with shipping that would have reached me in time, they couldn't spare the extra dollars it would have taken out of their pocket to make that happen. That is very disappointing.

Very pleased with the product and customer service. Pat is amazing!!! My coffee shop was out of cups, and not only did she move my ship date up two weeks, but then even shipped them out a week ahead of that!!! Incredible!!!

We use the insulated hot cups, they perform well and look great. There are quite a few coffee shops in our little tourist town, but our Branded cup really stands out. We Love it!

I work for a college outside of San Francisco and we were looking to get custom coffee sleeves made for our annual 1-day giving event. We were planning a “Thanks-A-Latte” campaign with the thought that making a gift to the college is as easy as giving up two fancy lattes a month. So we decided to offer free coffee on-campus on our giving day and we wanted to get sleeves that matched our giving day branding. After getting quotes from multiple vendors, both local, and across the US, I was beginning to think that getting branded coffee sleeves on our incredibly limited budget wasn’t going to become a reality. Then I found Your Brand Cafe (YBC). I reached out to their customer service rock star, Pat Yates, and explained to her what we wanted to do. She gave me a quote for twice the amount of sleeves the other vendors would make at more than half the cost, with artwork on both sides of the sleeves (the other vendors wanted to charge a lot more to put art on the “front” and “back” of the sleeves). I ended up submitting the order later than expected as I we were delayed in getting the official artwork from our designers. Ashley in the art department got me a proof within a day, and after speaking with Pat via phone to see if there was any way to put a rush on the order as our event was coming up in just a few weeks, she managed to work out an amazing deal for us which included a rush order charge that still kept the total cost for our order at about half of what the other vendors wanted to charge and rush shipping as YBC is based in Georgia, and we are on the other coast in California. Working with Pat was one of the most amazing experiences I’ve had working with a vendor. I am so grateful for everything she helped us with, especially giving that our tight turnaround window was an issue on our end. Our “Thanks-A-Latte” booth was a great success and we broke our record for the amount of money raised in the short history of our giving day. I cannot recommend YBC enough. The next time I work with them, I’ll be sure to get them our order well in advance!
