I recently called requesting a quote for an AAA member and, did not have all the information required for maintenance. I politely let the employee know that I would call right back, and she refused to answer any of my calls following . I literally called back 3 mins later and she was intentionally ignoring all of my back to back my calls. After reading the reviews, maybe it was for the best!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. I should have read some of the reviews before I went there but it was an emergency repair. The reviews are correct, they never call you and when you call them there is always additional repairs needed. I took my great driving car in for a starter (ONLY) and every time I call or went there and there were additional problem and the price keep going up. I finally took my car from them with a major air leak, check engine light on and the car limping. I had to tow it 30 miles to my regular mechanic and still pay the original price. STAY AWAY !!!! BEWARE!!! They will overcharge your insurance company and do half of the work. My car was there for 3 months and they still hadn't fixed everything. Their work is not the best and Ms. Elaine will tell you anything to get you off the phone. DO NOT take your car here! Service: Steering & suspension repair

Instead of saying my vehicle is junk, they talked my wife into paying nearly 5-6K in repairs. They'll take advantage of you, DO NOT use them.

The front desk employee will work with you if you are told that your vehicle needs a new engine; I was told up front all the details; yes, all the reviews that say that this place takes longer than a month to do certain repairs are absolutely true; however, the people that work here and the friends they know next door at the Transmission Repair Shop and the Local Tow Truck Driver are all in a large family together and shall work with you, if you let them; you will neeed to have a ton of money and a ton of patience if you are getting expensive repairs that have a delay to them; you can have an invoice sent to you via electronic mail; all you have to do is be polite and ask nicely for an updated invoice for the repairs; they shall work with you on the costs and how soon you are able to pay the costs up front; Five out of Five Stars; if you think you are not receiving the timely communication that you desire, then just email and call them until you get the results that were desired.

My tail lights weren't working on my 1998 Jeep Wrangler and I had other electrical issues. They had to redo my entire wiring system in my electrical system. They also replaced my tail light, installed a new radio and completed all this which was very time consuming for them I'm sure but they did it all in a couple of days. We just moved to Covington and this place was right up the street. I can tell you this, they are honest, friendly and very professional. You won't do better than having your car repaired here. Dropped car off over 6 weeks for an diagnostic, every time u call same scripted line/excuse, I understand covid but they need to communicate better bc if I’ve known it will take 6 weeks n counting never would have used them. Horrible customer service, I don’t recommend going here unless u not in a rush for service..

I've been going to this shop since 2017. Yet it few months ago I placed my vehicle in their care for a full inspection and just recently they advised that it needed a tune up: the replacement of spark plugs a charge of 1100.00 when I had it service for 500.00 just.months before. None of the fluids in the car were filled. Now I have to have the spark plugs replaced.

I really wanted to give this place a good review, and my opinion may change when my car actually gets repairs. It has been over 3 months, and my car has still not been repaired. The only time I get any communication, is when I am the one to call, and all I seem to get are the same scripted excuses. If I knew the repairs were going to take this long, I might have tried to go somewhere else for service.
