On October 11, 2022 I had my oil changed at the Walmart on Industrial Blvd in Covington, GA Store#00459 My front drivers side tire was low on air. When the oil change was completed the same tire was still low but it was verified as checked by the tech. I had an appt so I didn’t have time to ask them to put air in it so I left. Now I regret that decision bc I noticed my a/c not blowing as cold as it normally does 12 days later so I popped the hood and checked the air filter and it was filthy but according to my receipt it was good. I checked the antifreeze and it was low also. At this point I decided to check all my fluids and low and behold they were all low to below low levels but yet everything was checked and good according to my receipt. I tried calling tire & lube a few times but for some reason you can’t get anyone to answer the phone🤔Please be cautious if you decide to use this location and check your fluid levels before leaving the store bc they are clearly just checking boxes to check them and not doing the work yet charging full price for sub-par service. I visited the Walmart Autocare center for a tire leak issue for the first time. They are very quick in getting car in to the que and fixed my issue with in 20 mins. They are pretty fast and with a very reasonable pricing. I will visit the same store for any future car issues.

I went in there for an oil change. They did fine there but I asked for a battery check and they came out with this this tiny slip that said the battery was bad. I just got it checked a month ago and it was good. I was concerned because it did not make sense to me. On the oil change report they marked the battery as good. The sales lady said I needed a new battery. I did not get it and got battery checked out elsewhere and the battery was good. Even the manager was surprised at the small ticket printout that said bad. I do not trust them anymore. In the past an associate would come out and let me see reading on monitor. Sad but it appeared that the sales associate looked shocked I would question this because I was woman. Tried to rip me off. Seems new people are there and that may be the character now represented. Never going back there again. Bought my own expensive 10,000 mile synthetic oil and filter. They didnt use either. Lesson learned, change your own oil.

The Walmart Automotive Center has posted hours of 8a.m. but on 8/13/2022 was told by the ACC Manager Bill the location wasn't going to open till 9a.m. Wasted my time trying to be early (7:43a.m.) for a location that can't seem to open on time.

I bought 4 tires on the website only for them to give me a runaround having them installed. I tried numerous times getting hold of them on the phone only to be told they're to busy and they don't know how so I had to I have my tires installed elsewhere at least they should owe me road hazard. What a joke of a place

The tire care center is a great convenience at times. If we purchase this from Walmart, we usually get them put on here. I've had a tire plugged before. The wait is kindy crazy though and they seem to always have new people.

I called just to inquire about some new tires for my 2007 Dodge Charger. After associate answered the phone, I was immediately put on hold and left there for 25 minutes. I used my husbands phone to call the store several times while we were driving and no one ever answered, after finally getting through to the main store number, I asked for a manager. I was never given a manager, but store associate said a manager was going to go back and check to see what was going on, mind you I’m still on hold and can hear all the conversations of other customers back there. So I actually hear the manager or whoever go back and speak with them about calls not being answered and me being on hold. Finally associate comes to the phone after 25 minutes and ask how can I help you. He does apologize and said he was busy. While I was on hold I called several other Auto Care Centers and Tire companies and they all answered and provided answers to my questions. Walmart was the only store that put me on hold and left me there. I shop at Walmart all the time and some of the employees know me and are very pleasant, but the Auto Care Center needs to retrain them on customer service.
