Best auto parts store in Covington, Georgia (GA) 2024

Ordered a part last Monday. It was supposed to be there by Thursday. Went in on Friday to pick it up. The lady behind the counter ignored me standing there waiting initially. Once I moved up to the counter she tells me the part was not ordered. I said yes it was you charged my card and I have the receipt. She then informs me it wasn't order by them. I asked why no one called me? She ignored me. She then said she couldn't get the part and I requested a refund. She got a young man from the back to help her. He said he could order the part now. I said if I hadn't come in would it just sit there without anyone calling me. The lady then yells, yes! Total lack of customer service. Who cares my truck was sitting for a week. I will not give them any of my money there are other options. ~Dee

I visited the Walmart Autocare center for a tire leak issue for the first time. They are very quick in getting car in to the que and fixed my issue with in 20 mins. They are pretty fast and with a very reasonable pricing. I will visit the same store for any future car issues. ~Pavan
