Extremely disappointed and frustrated! I called Pure Auto Performance yesterday and spoke to someone about getting the all-in-one package and was told to come in tomorrow, the earlier the better. I live in Atlanta btw other obligations and fighting the morning trafic, the earliest I could get there was 10am. I originally chose this location because of the outstanding reviews/prices and figured it was worth the drive. When I arrived there were no other cars being worked on, but there probably were some appointments booked. I did try to book an appointment online with no success, the page kept timing out. I told the mechanic I wanted the all-in-one package to which he replied, "I don't know what you are talking about". I told him it's on your website & I called about it yesterday and was told to come in today. I had to pull up the website and list off what the all-in-one package includes for him. The mechanic told me that the individual who does the alignment (which is included in the package) wasn't there and that I'd have to wait for an undisclosed amount of time for him to get back in order to do that. The next issue was that in order to change my Headlights my car needed to be dropped off and left. I knew going into this that I'd be there for a while, but leaving my car overnight for a package that includes it and doesn't list a overnight requirement is weird. Also FYI, I was told they do not provide bulbs for front/rear lights so you must bring your own. Website does not mention this. Luckily I had my own bulbs but could not leave my car overnight. So even more frustrated but not wanting to have driven out to Covington Georgia for no reason, I asked how much a Oil change would be. Was told $40, it cost me $25 in Atlanta. The mechanic then told me for an oil change ($40), alignment (listed for $150 on website), and bulb replacement (unknown price but having my own bulbs and just paying for labor) would be $250. So unless the labor is $60 I'd be better off paying separately for each service. Also with the all-in-one package being $380 & offering seven more features this seemed absolutely ridiculous. So I just left. I can't believe I drove out here just to be treated like a idiot and ripped off. Service: General repairs & maintenance

The service and friendless of this business is second to none! I’ve found that the nearby competitor overcharged me for years, I switched to Auto Performance and haven’t looked back since! The owner is very friendly and will work with you through any issue and make sure you get the most for your money at the end of the day. The gentlemen at this auto shop helped me out majorly in a time of crisis. I had been driving across the country moving when my vehicle broke down and needed the alternator replaced immediately. They got me in right away and changed the alternator in 20 mins. They also fixed some minor issues on my vehicle I myself hadn’t been able to at no extra charge. They were the sweetest men ever and made it such a less stressful and pleasant experience. It was super affordable and I was back on the road in no time. If you live near by or find yourself in this small town in need of good auto care look no further! I would use them for all my auto care needs if I lived near by! Thanks again gentlemen!

Couldn’t find anyone to fix my a/c but they took care of me in less than an hour. They had my ac running and I didn’t have to worry about my Hot work commute. I would highly recommend this shop. They maybe small but they know what there doing Service: A/C installation & repair

This is a great shop, with kind knowledgeable workers. They always take the time to explain what, why and how the problem will effect my car and myself if I don't repair it. I've been bringing my cars here for minor repairs, maintenance, and tire changes for the last 15 years. The owner of this shop is a highly knowledge, and very kind man. Fair and honest pricing and great customer service. Only real negative I can think of is there is no waiting room/lobby for you to await your repair. However its been a pleasure over the years to sit and watch them take care of my vehicles. I have learned much from this alone. You can't go wrong bringing your cars here.
