Customer service was dismissive, being that my husband and I, were the only customers, in the store? However, she did appear to be, doing something with the register and talking with a coworker. I didn't even get, a greeting or acknowledgement, of being there. But, most disappointing was the barely warm, tacky pizza, that was more bread, than sauce and pepperoni that I paid extra for.

Ordered DoorDash twice now from this store. I guess I won't be getting Little Caesars from DoorDash anymore cuz they won't let me order from a different store. Anyway, they apparently don't know how to make anything but a regular round pizza. First time I ordered the deep dish Detroit style and got a regular round pizza with the cupped pepperoni. Second time ordered the old world fanceroni and got a regular round pizza with the cupped pepperoni. I don't understand how they don't know the difference! Also, they take an inordinate amount of time to make it. I placed an identical order with the Forest Park Little Caesars last week and it was ready in 10 minutes. This one wasn't ready for 30. And don't get me started on doordashes service!

I’ve never had a positive experience here. They never have the Hot n Ready Classic Pepperoni or Crazy Breadsticks but will always try to upsell me to the Extra Most Bestest Pepperoni or Cheesy Breadsticks. The drive thru is always long, wait times are long and the employees are not hospitable at all. My advice: just go out of business and go home if you don’t want to work in customer service.

If I could rate it a no stars I would. We sat at drive thur for over 5 mins with employees inside they never even acknowledged us at all. Then we order and they were out of mtdew and had nothing ready to buy even though there were 3 employees out back doing nothing but hanging out. This place has the worse customer service and nobody that works here seem to care about servicing the customer in a timely manner. After going inside to pick up our order I seen nobody cares about cleaning either. Everyone in the back laughing and having a good time while people still in drive thur and 2 others were behind me waiting to order. Where is the management team or this place running on auto pilot???? WOW!!

If you like ghetto service, this is the place to be! Ordered through the app. When I got there I waited 10 mins before they got to the window. Apparently, my order wasn't even made cause I waited another 10 mins after they asked what I ordered. When I got my pizza it was nothing like the promo said it was. I wanted to try the Old World Pepperoni which was supposed to have a deep dish caramelized crust. It was hand tossed and not caramelized. Also my brownie was also frozen cold still wrapped in original packaging like it came off the truck. They also seemed high and possibly drunk. Needless to say, I'm not coming back to this place. So dine here with caution or better yet..... DON'T!!!

Ordered 2 stuffed crust pizzas last night. Only 1 was stuffed crust. Can't go back because that was from last night. Come on y'all I get being busy but at least make sure people get the right pizzas. Can't check for stuffed crust until you literally cut into the pizza and we had to do that too. It's only when we get pizza in these areas though. It doesn't have to be like this.

They were too busy arguing to put sauce on my pizza.. .. or even cut it.. they told me it would take 15min to make.. why is it cold?

Thank goodness for online orders and picking up your order from the kiosk because the customer service here is TRASH. GHETTO on a another level. I have never had an employee that was ever polite and cordial to me at this location. Went to pick an order on 5/22 and the Caucasian cashier was beyond rude. While getting my order she told another employee ‘F**k you!’ in front of customers. And my pizza was burnt.

Customer service sucks here. Waited in drive thru for more than 10 mins with no movement of the cars. Me and another customer got out of line and it was just as WORSE in the inside. Managers and crew so rude. So much cussing and gossiping going on instead of taking care of customers. Is this a family affair?? Whooo if this not the ghetto!! New management and new team is needed. Worst customer service even seen. Just cause you’re in the hood doesn’t mean you can’t be great. Do better
