I have to give a one star today because the chicken ordered from the deli was fried in old cooking oil. There is no excuse for this because an employee from the deli could have walked down the baking isle and got a fresh jar of oil. Too much money was spent on chicken fried in old grease. Just trifling. Should have gone to KFC.

I was traveling from Augusta to Atlanta. Ingles was on my way they had everything I needed for our family fun day #TablecolorTheme my color was orange, had to get 1 ea. dessert, entree, drink. peach cobbler, orange chicken ( whole rotisserie chicken already cooked) added orange sauce 😋 was a big hit 😍 peach tea. Thanks so much Ingles our Family Fun Day was so much fun. Great customer service, prices was reasonable. Best part I didn't have to cook thanks Chef Ingles🤩😍

Very clean and well stocked shelves. Awesome checkout clerk. Friendly and bagged frozen and refrigerated items together to help keep them cold etc.

I specifically stopped by for deli only, no grocery list. Sandwich and service was great. Ingles Markets aren't common in my neck of the woods but I've had all good experiences with them whenever I get to visit.

Sad vegetable selection. I think they have some problems with their refrigerators maybe 🤷🏼♀️ Especially be careful with pre-cut vegetables in plastic containers - every time I bought them they’re bad

I go Into this certain Ingles in Jackson alot, and when I do every single time there's a certain cashier their that always has a smile, a Great Personality, a people pleaser always a happy attitude and she has Fantastic Customer Service with Everyone.... her name is Ms. Dian....we need more people like her ......Mr. Jimmie an the Management Staff are really good too and go far an beyond to help you out if you can't find what you are looking for in the store.....keep up the Good Work!!!

Recently I went to the Jackson Ingles grocery store for a quick lunch while waiting for a service person to show up. I wanted something healthy, fast. I looked through the whole store before seeing the salad bar. Exactly what I needed fresh tasty economical, bonus! I met the manager on duty while eating and numerous other staff and they were all very pleasant. I am now an Ingles fan.

Whenever we are in town, we always stop at this Ingles! It is well stocked and a majority of the staff are friendly! Why a young man named Jeremiah check us out. He was very friendly and respectful! So much better than the Covington location!
